The brilliant oblations carry the sacrificer by the sun's rays, inviting him, saying, 'Come, come'. They utter dear words and worship; this is your sacred and well-earned world of the Supreme Brahman.
Bhāshya 2.06
The 'brahmalokaḥ' mentioned in the context is the supreme world of Brahman. It is got by performing virtuous deeds related to topics concerning the Lord. Various testimonials are quoted to emphasize that even while one delights in ātman within, the wise person should act and perform his duties unattached, worshiping the Ātmān only as the world.
The 'brahmalokaḥ' is obtained by virtuous deeds performed related to topics concerning the Lord, hence it is nothing but the supreme world of Brahman.
"The one who is without desire, and always with knowledge, is said to be withdrawn. But the one who serves the withdrawn attains the eternal Absolute."

- stated thus as well in Vedic testimonial.
"Having created creatures with sacrifices."

Even After saying 'on who delights in ātman within' it is prescribed 'the wise person should act thus unattached.'
"Those who out of envy do not follow my teachings are to be considered devoid of all knowledge, lost, and lacking in intelligence."
- stated thus as well.
"In this world, O sinless one, I have previously spoken of a twofold path of faith."
The above statement does not contradict or oppose one 'ashrama', i.e. the recommended phase/role of life with the other.
In the Tretā Yuga, manifestations occurred in various forms, whereas in the Kṛta Yuga, they appeared in a singular form.
"In the Kṛta age through sacrifices like Agniṣṭoma, they worship Lord Hari, who resides in all gods. King Vasu, through his actions, worshipped in this manner. In the Tretā age they worship the groups of deities separately, in many ways. But the wise continue to worship the one Lord just as in the Kṛta age."
- stated thus in the Padma Purana.

In the Krta Yuga, people worship only Viṣṇu, the father of Vāyu, together with the gods. In the Treta Yuga, some others, worshipping separately, and thus do not offer to Viṣṇu.
- stated thus in the Brahmanda Purana.
