Īśāvāsyopaniṣat 04
अनेजदेकं मनसो जवीयो नैनद्देवा आप्नुवन् पूर्वमर्षत्। तद्धावतोऽन्यानत्येति तिष्ठत्तस्मिन्नपो मातरिश्वा दधाति ॥४॥
[अनेजदेकं (anejadekam) - unmoving, that one; मनसो (manaso) - than the mind; जवीयो (javīyo) - swifter; न (na) - not; एनत् (enat) - this; देवा (devā) - the gods; आप्नुवन् (āpnuvan) - have attained; पूर्वम् (pūrvam) - earlier; अर्षत् (arṣat) - without knowledge; तत् (tat) - that; धावतः (dhāvataḥ) - running; अन्यानति (anyānati) - surpasses the others; तिष्ठति (tiṣṭhati) - standing still; तस्मिन् (tasmin) - in that; अपः (apaḥ) - water; मातरिश्वा (mātarisvā) - the wind God; दधाति (dadhati) - offering;]
Though Unmoved, That-One moves swifter than the mind. Even gods have not attained Him, without knowledge. Standing still, He runs and surpasses others. In Him, Wind god gives water offering.

In the Brahmananda Purana, there is a reference that elaborates on this verse, glorifying Lord Hari as 'tadevekam', i.e. That One . The root 'r̥ṣa' in the word 'arṣat' indicates knowledge.
अनेजन्निर्भयत्वात्तदेकं प्राधान्यतस्तथा। सम्यग् ज्ञातुमशक्यत्वात् अगम्यं तत्सुरैरपि॥
"That-One alone is primarily superior, as He is without birth or fear. As it is impossible to comprehend Him properly, He is unattainable even by the gods.
स्वयं तु सर्वानगमत् पूर्वमेव स्वभावतः। अचिन्त्यशक्तितश्चैव सर्वगत्वाच्च तत्परम्॥
Indeed, that supereme perceives all things by Himself, beforehand, by His inherent nature, by His inconceivable power and omnipresence.
द्रवतोऽत्येति सन्तिष्ठत् तस्मिन् कर्माण्यधान्मरुत्। मारुत्येव यतः चेष्टासर्वा तां हरयेऽर्पयेत्॥
Standing firm, He surpasses those that flow swiftly. In Him, the wind gods offer their deeds. Like wind gods, one should offer all the activities to lord Hari only."
इति ब्रह्माण्डे।
