दुःखस्पृष्टं तदस्पृष्टमिति द्वेधैव चेतनम्। नित्यादुःखा रमान्ये तु स्पृष्टदुःखास्समस्तशः ॥३॥
duḥkhaspr̥ṣṭaṁ tadaspr̥ṣṭamiti dvēdhaiva cētanam । nityāduḥkhā ramānyē tu spr̥ṣṭaduḥkhāssamastaśaḥ ॥3॥
[duḥkhaspr̥ṣṭaṁ = touched by misery; tadaspr̥ṣṭamiti = = not touched by misery, thus; dvēdhaiva = = ideed two fold; cētanam = are the concious;। nityāduḥkhā = eternally without misery; ramānyē = is Rama, the Jous; tu = but; spr̥ṣṭaduḥkhāssamastaśaḥ = all others are touched by misery;]
The living entities can be divided into two: not touched by misery, and those touched by misery. Goddess Rama, i.e. the joyous, i.e. chit-prakrti, is eternally without misery, while all others are touched by misery.
