Mundaka 6.10 and 11
तदेष श्लोकः।

[तत् (tat) - that; एषः (eṣaḥ) - this; श्लोकः (ślokaḥ) - verse;]
Hence, this verse:
"क्रियावन्तः श्रोत्रिया ब्रह्मनिष्ठाः स्वयं जुह्वत एकर्षीन् श्रद्धयन्तः। तेषामेवैतां ब्रह्मविद्यां वदेत शिरोव्रतं विधिवद्यैस्तु चीर्णम् ॥१०॥"
"kriyāvantaḥ śrotriyā brahmaniṣṭhāḥ svayaṃ juhvata ekarṣīn śraddhayantaḥ। teṣāmevaitāṃ brahmavidyāṃ vadeta śirovrataṃ vidhivadyaiḥ tu cīrṇam ॥10॥"
[क्रियावन्तः (kriyāvantaḥ) - active; श्रोत्रियाः (śrotriyāḥ) - learned in the Vedas; ब्रह्मनिष्ठाः (brahmaniṣṭhāḥ) - established in Brahman; स्वयम् (svayam) - themselves; जुह्वत (juhvata) - performing sacrifices; एकर्षीन् (ekarṣīn) - one-sages; श्रद्धयन्तः (śraddhayantaḥ) - with faith; तेषाम् (teṣām) - to them; एव (eva) - only; एताम् (etām) - this; ब्रह्मविद्यां (brahmavidyāṃ) - knowledge of Brahman; वदेत (vadeta) - should speak; शिरोव्रतम् (śirovratam) - vow of the head; विधिवत् (vidhivat) - according to the rule; यैः (yaiḥ) - by whom; तु (tu) - but; चीर्णम् (cīrṇam) - performed.;]
"The active ones, learned in the Vedas and established in Brahman, who themselves perform sacrifices with faith, are the ones to whom this knowledge of Brahman should be imparted, as they have performed the vow of the head according to the prescribed rules."
तदेतत् सत्यं ऋषिरङ्गिराः पुरोवाच नैतदचीर्णव्रतोऽधीते। ॐ नमः परमऋषिभ्यो नमः परमऋषिभ्यः ॥११॥
tadetat satyaṁ ṛṣiraṅgirāḥ purovāca naitadacīrṇavrato'dhīte। oṃ namaḥ paramarṣibhyo namaḥ paramarṣibhyaḥ ॥11॥
[तत् (tat) - that; एतत् (etat) - this; सत्यं (satyaṁ) - truth; ऋषिः (ṛṣiḥ) - sage; अङ्गिराः (aṅgirāḥ) - Angiras; पुरा (purā) - formerly; उवाच (uvāca) - said; न (na) - not; एतत् (etat) - this; अचीर्णव्रतः (acīrṇavrataḥ) - without observing the vow; अधीते (adhīte) - studies; ॐ (oṃ) - Om; नमः (namaḥ) - salutations; परमऋषिभ्यः (paramarṣibhyaḥ) - to the supreme sages;]
The sage Angiras once declared this truth: it is not to be studied without observing the vow.
"Om, salutations to the supreme sages, to the supreme sages".
Bhāshya 6.10 and 11
Therefore, he, the Lord Vishnu, is to be known as the best of the best. Always complete with all qualities, who is infinite, the supreme person.
"तस्मात् स भगवान् विष्णुर्ज्ञेयः सर्वोत्तमोत्तमः। सदा सर्वगुणैः पूर्णो योऽनन्तः पुरुषोत्तमः॥"
"tasmāt sa bhagavān viṣṇurjñeyaḥ sarvottamottamaḥ। sadā sarvaguṇaiḥ pūrṇo yo'nantaḥ puruṣottamaḥ॥"
[तस्मात् (tasmāt) - therefore; स (sa) - he; भगवान् (bhagavān) - the Lord; विष्णुः (viṣṇuḥ) - Vishnu; ज्ञेयः (jñeyaḥ) - to be known; सर्वोत्तमोत्तमः (sarvottamottamaḥ) - the best of the best; सदा (sadā) - always; सर्वगुणैः (sarvaguṇaiḥ) - with all qualities; पूर्णः (pūrṇaḥ) - complete; यः (yaḥ) - who; अनन्तः (anantaḥ) - infinite; पुरुषोत्तमः (puruṣottamaḥ) - the supreme person;]
"Therefore, he, the Lord Vishnu, is to be known as the best of the best. Always complete with all qualities, who is infinite, the supreme person."

प्रीयतां भगवान् मह्यं प्रेष्ठप्रेष्ठतमः सदा। मम नित्यं नमाम्येनं परमोदारसद्गुणम्॥
prīyatāṃ bhagavān mahyaṃ preṣṭhapreṣṭhatamaḥ sadā। mama nityaṃ namāmyenaṃ paramodārasadguṇam॥
[प्रीयतां (prīyatāṃ) - may be pleased; भगवान् (bhagavān) - the Lord; मह्यम् (mahyaṃ) - to me; प्रेष्ठप्रेष्ठतमः (preṣṭhapreṣṭhatamaḥ) - most beloved; सदा (sadā) - always; मम (mama) - my; नित्यम् (nityaṃ) - eternally; नमामि (namāmi) - I bow; एनम् (enam) - to him; परमोदारसद्गुणम् (paramodārasadguṇam) - of supreme noble qualities;]
May the Lord, most beloved, always be pleased with me. I eternally bow to him, who possesses supreme noble qualities.
॥ इति श्रीमदानन्दतीर्थभगवत्पादाचार्यविरचितम् आथर्वणोपनिषद्भाष्यं समाप्तम् ॥
॥ iti śrīmadānandatīrthabhagavatpādācāryaviracitam ātharvaṇopaniṣadbhāṣyaṃ samāptam ॥
