स्थूलं तर्पयते विश्वं प्रविविक्तं तु तैजसम्। आनन्दं च तथा प्राज्ञं त्रिधा तृप्तिं विजानथ ॥१०॥
sthūlaṃ tarpayate viśvaṃ praviviktaṃ tu taijasam। ānandaṃ ca tathā prājñaṃ tridhā tṛptiṃ vijānatha ॥10॥
[स्थूलं (sthūlam) - gross; तर्पयते (tarpayate) - satisfies; विश्वं (viśvam) - the universe; प्रविविक्तं (praviviktam) - a state of isolation or separation, i.e. dream state; तु (tu) - but; तैजसम् (taijasam) - luminous; आनन्दं (ānandam) - bliss; च (ca) - and; तथा (tathā) - thus; प्राज्ञं (prājñam) - wise; त्रिधा (tridhā) - threefold; तृप्तिं (tṛptim) - satisfaction; विजानथ (vijānatha) - you know;]
The gross aspect satisfies the universal form, 'Viśva', while the dream state satisfies the luminous form, 'Taijasa', and the bliss satisfies the wise form, 'Prājña' - thus understand the threefold satisfaction.
