Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 9.22
अनन्याश्चिन्तयन्तो मां ये जनाः पर्युपासते। तेषां नित्याभियुक्तानां योगक्षेमं वहाम्यहम् ॥२२॥
ananyāścintayanto māṁ ye janāḥ paryupāsate। teṣāṁ nityābhiyuktānāṁ yogakṣemaṁ vahāmyaham ॥22॥
[अनन्याः (ananyāḥ) - not having any other (object of focus); चिन्तयन्तः (cintayantaḥ) - contemplating; माम् (mām) - Me; ये (ye) - who; जनाः (janāḥ) - people; पर्युपासते (paryupāsate) - devotedly worship; तेषां (teṣāṁ) - of those; नित्याभियुक्तानाम् (nityābhiyuktānām) - who are ever-engaged (in Me); योगक्षेमम् (yogakṣemam) - acquisition and preservation (of what is needed); वहामि (vahāmi) - I carry (take care of); अहम् (aham) - I.]
Those people who, excluding all else, constantly contemplate Me and worship Me with exclusive devotion—of them, who are ever devoted, I Myself carry the burden of securing what they lack and preserving what they have.
Gīta Bhāshya 9.22
'ananyāḥ' - those who, abandoning all that arises in the mind and contemplate only of that sole divine pure primodial personality; 'nityābhiyuktānām' - those who are always, in every way, engaged in devotion.
अनन्याः अन्यदचिन्तयित्वा। तथाहि गौतमखिलेषु -
ananyāḥ anyadacintayitvā। tathāhi gautamakhileṣu -
[अनन्याः (ananyāḥ) - not having another; अन्यद् (anyat) - something else; अचिन्तयित्वा (acintayitvā) - not thinking upon; तथाहि (tathā hi) - thus indeed; गौतमखिलेषु (gautama-khileṣu) - in the supplementary texts attributed to Gautama (a Vedic sage);]
'ananyāḥ' means those who do not think of anything else. So it is said in the Gautama Khila:
"सर्वं परित्यज्य मनोगतं यद् विना देवं केवलं शुद्धमाद्यम्। ये चिन्तयन्तीह तमेव धीराः अनन्यास्ते देवमेवाविशन्ति॥"
"sarvaṁ parityajya manogataṁ yad vinā devaṁ kevalaṁ śuddhamādyam। ye cintayantīha tameva dhīrāḥ ananyāste devamevāviśanti॥"
[सर्वम् (sarvam) - all; परित्यज्य (parityajya) - having abandoned; मनोगतम् (manogatam) - that which is in the mind; यत् (yat) - which; विना (vinā) - without; देवम् (devam) - the Divine; केवलम् (kevalam) - alone; शुद्धम् (śuddham) - pure; आद्यम् (ādyam) - the primordial; ये (ye) - those who; चिन्तयन्ति (cintayanti) - contemplate; इह (iha) - here (in this life); तम् (tam) - him (the Divine); एव (eva) - alone; धीराः (dhīrāḥ) - wise ones; अनन्याः (ananyāḥ) - those without another (exclusive in focus); ते (te) - they; देवम् (devam) - the Divine; एव (eva) - alone; आविशन्ति (āviśanti) - enter into.]
"Those who, abandoning all that arises in the mind and contemplate only of that sole divine pure primodial personality, here in this life, those brave and wise ones are called 'ananyāḥ', and they enter that divine being only."

- stated thus.
"कामः कालेन महता एकान्तित्वात् समाहितैः। शक्यो द्रष्टुं स भगवान् प्रभासन्दृश्यमण्डलः॥"
"kāmaḥ kālena mahatā ekāntitvāt samāhitaiḥ। śakyo draṣṭuṁ sa bhagavān prabhāsandr̥śyamaṇḍalaḥ॥"
[कामः (kāmaḥ) - Desire (for the Lord); कालेन (kālena) - by time; महता (mahatā) - great; एकान्तित्वात् (ekāntitvāt) - due to exclusiveness (single-pointed devotion); समाहितैः (samāhitaiḥ) - by those who are concentrated (absorbed); शक्यः (śakyaḥ) - possible; द्रष्टुम् (draṣṭum) - to be seen; सः (saḥ) - that; भगवान् (bhagavān) - the Lord; प्रभा-सन्दृश्यमण्डलः (prabhā-sandṛśya-maṇḍalaḥ) - whose circle (form) is seen as effulgence.]
"For those who single pointedly desire the Lord for a long time, it is possible for them to see that Lord's form which is a circle of effulgence."
इति मोक्षधर्मे।
iti mokṣadharme।
[इति (iti) - Thus; मोक्षधर्मे (mokṣadharme) - in the Mokṣa-dharma (section of the Mahābhārata).]
- stated thus in the Mokṣa-dharma (section of the Mahābhārata).
नित्यं अभितः सर्वतो युक्तानाम् ॥२२॥
nityaṁ abhitaḥ sarvato yuktānām ॥22॥
[नित्यम् (nityam) - Always; अभितः (abhitaḥ) - from all sides; सर्वतः (sarvataḥ) - in every way; युक्तानाम् (yuktānām) - of those who are constantly engaged (in union, devotion).]
The phrase 'nityābhiyuktānām' means those who are always, in every way, engaged in devotion.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
