B.G 5.27 and 28
स्पर्शान् कृत्वा बहिर्बाह्यांश्चक्षुश्चैवान्तरे भ्रुवोः। प्राणापानौ समौ कृत्वा नासाभ्यन्तरचारिणौ ॥२७॥
यतेंद्रियमनोबुद्धिर्मुनिर्मोक्षपरायणः। विगतेच्छाभयक्रोधो यः सदा मुक्त एव सः ॥२८॥
sparśān kr̥tvā bahirbāhyāṁścakṣuścaivāntare bhruvoḥ। prāṇāpānau samau kr̥tvā nāsābhyantaracāriṇau ॥27॥
yateṁdriyamanobuddhirmunirmokṣaparāyaṇaḥ। vigatecchābhayakrodho yaḥ sadā mukta eva saḥ ॥28॥
[स्पर्शान् कृत्वा बहिः बाह्याम् चक्षुः च एव अन्तरे भ्रुवोः। प्राण अपानौ समौ कृत्वा नास अभ्यन्तर चारिणौ॥ यत इन्द्रिय मनः बुद्धिः मुनिः मोक्ष परायणः। विगत इच्छा भय क्रोधः यः सदा मुक्त एव सः॥
sparśān = the touch; kr̥tvā = having made; bahiḥ = outward; bāhyām = external; cakṣuḥ = eyes; ca = and/even; eva = indeed; antare = within; bhruvoḥ = the eyebrows;। prāṇa = the upward vital energy; apānau = the downward vital energy; samau = equalized; kr̥tvā = having made; nāsa = the nose; abhyantara = within; cāriṇau = moving;॥ yata = where; indriya = the senses; manaḥ = the mind; buddhiḥ = the intellect; muniḥ = the sage; mokṣa = liberation; parāyaṇaḥ = practicing the supreme goal;। vigata = devoid of; icchā = desire; bhaya = fear; krodhaḥ = anger; yaḥ = who; sadā = always; mukta = free; eva = even/ideed; saḥ = that person;॥

That person, having made the external touch external, keeping the eyes between eyebrows, balancing the upward and downward air within the nostril, controlling the movement of the senses, the mind, and the intellect, practices towards the supreme goal of liberation. Indeed, such a person without desire, fear, and anger is always liberated.
Gīta Bhāshya 5.27 and 28
The method of meditation is being described. 'Keeping the external touch outside' - controlling the ears and other senses with the help of Yoga. 'Having made the eyes between the eyebrows' - looking between the eyebrows. 'keeping the upward and downward air in equilibrium' - practice holding the breath inside for a long time.
ध्यानप्रकारमाह - स्पर्शान् इत्यादिना।
dhyānaprakāramāha - sparśān ityādinā।
[ध्यानप्रकारमाह (dhyānaprakāramāha) - The method of meditation; स्पर्शान् (sparśān) - by the sense of touch; इत्यादिना (ityādinā) - and so on;]
The method of meditation is described by 'sparśān and other' verses.
बाह्यस्पर्शान् बहिः कृत्वा। श्रोत्रादीनि योगेन नियम्य इत्यर्थः। चक्षुः भ्रुवोः अन्तरं कृत्वा भ्रुवोः मध्यं अवलोकयन् इत्यर्थः। उक्तं च -
bāhyasparśān bahiḥ kr̥tvā। śrotrādīni yogena niyamya ityarthaḥ। cakṣuḥ bhruvoḥ antaraṁ kr̥tvā bhruvoḥ madhyaṁ avalokayan ityarthaḥ। uktaṁ ca-
[बाह्यस्पर्शान् (bāhyasparśān) - External touch; बहिः (bahiḥ) - outside; कृत्वा (kṛtvā) - having done; श्रोत्रादीनि (śrotrādīni) - ears and others; योगेन (yogena) - by the yoga; नियम्य (niyamya) - having controlled; इत्यर्थः (ityarthaḥ) - this meaning; चक्षुः (cakṣuḥ) - eyes; भ्रुवोः (bhruvoḥ) - of the eyebrows; अन्तरं (antaraṁ) - inside; कृत्वा (kṛtvā) - having done; भ्रुवोः (bhruvoḥ) - of the eyebrows; मध्यं (madhyaṁ) - between; अवलोकयन् (avalokayan) - looking; इत्यर्थः (ityarthaḥ) - this meaning; उक्तं (uktaṁ) - it is said; च (ca) - and;]
'Keeping the external touch outside' - means controlling the ears and other senses with the help of Yoga. 'Having made the eyes between the eyebrows' - means looking between the eyebrows. Thus it is said:
"नासाग्रे वा भ्रुवोर्मध्ये ज्ञानी चक्षुर्निधापयेत्।"
"nāsāgre vā bhruvormadhye jñānī cakṣurnidhāpayet।"
[नासाग्रे (nāsāgre) - in front of the nose; वा (vā) - or; भ्रुवोः (bhruvoḥ) - of the eyebrows; मध्ये (madhye) - between; ज्ञानी (jñānī) - the knowledgeable; चक्षुः (cakṣuḥ) - eye; निधापयेत् (nidhāpayet) - should place.]
"The Knowledgeable (jñānī) should place the eyes in front of the nose or between the eyebrows."

[प्राणापानौ (prāṇāpānau) - the vital airs prāṇa and apāna; समौ (samau) - in equilibrium; कृत्वा (kṛtvā) - having made; कुम्भके (kumbhake) - holding the breath inside in a pot; स्थित्वा (sthitvā) - being situated; इत्यर्थः (ityarthaḥ) - this is the meaning;]
'keeping the upward and downward air in equilibrium' - means to practice 'kumbhaka', i.e. holding the breath inside for a long time.
