Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 13.06 and 07
महाभूतान्यहङ्कारो बुद्धिरव्यक्तमेव च। इंद्रियाणि दशैकं च पञ्च चेंद्रियगोचराः ॥६॥
mahābhūtānyahaṅkāro buddhiravyaktameva ca। iṁdriyāṇi daśaikaṁ ca pañca ceṁdriyagocarāḥ ॥6॥
[महाभूतानि (mahābhūtāni) - great elements; अहङ्कारः (ahaṅkāraḥ) - ego; बुद्धिः (buddhiḥ) - intellect; अव्यक्तम् (avyaktam) - unmanifest; एव (eva) - indeed; च (ca) - and; इंद्रियाणि (iṁdriyāṇi) - senses; दश (daśa) - ten; एकम् (ekam) - one; च (ca) - and; पञ्च (pañca) - five; च (ca) - and; इंद्रियगोचराः (iṁdriyagocarāḥ) - sense objects;]
The material elements, ego, intellect, and the unmanifest, along with the ten plus one functional organs (five senses and five actions driven by mind, and the mind), and the five sense objects.
इच्छा द्वेषः सुखं दुःखं सङ्घातश्चेतना धृतिः। एतत् क्षेत्रं समासेन सविकारमुदाहृतम् ॥७॥
icchā dveṣaḥ sukhaṃ duḥkhaṃ saṅghātaścetanā dhṛtiḥ। etat kṣetraṃ samāsena savikāramudāhṛtam ॥7॥
[इच्छा (icchā) - desire; द्वेषः (dveṣaḥ) - aversion; सुखं (sukhaṃ) - happiness; दुःखं (duḥkhaṃ) - sorrow; सङ्घातः (saṅghātaḥ) - attachment; चेतना (cetanā) - consciousness; धृतिः (dhṛtiḥ) - steadiness; एतत् (etat) - this; क्षेत्रं (kṣetraṃ) - field; समासेन (samāsena) - in brief; सविकारम् (savikāram) - with distortions; उदाहृतम् (udāhṛtam) - is declared;]
Desire, aversion, happiness, sorrow, attachment, consciousness, and steadiness are all aspects of the field, which is briefly described here with its distortions.

The word 'cetanā' refers to the extent of pervasion of the consciousness.

saṅghāto deha uddiṣṭaḥ cittavyāptistu cetanā।
iti ca ॥7॥

सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
