Tattva Saṅkhyānam
T.S 01
स्वतन्त्रमस्वतन्त्रं च द्विविधं तत्त्वमिष्यते। स्वतन्त्रो भगवान् विष्णुः भावाभावौ द्विधेतरत् ॥१॥
svatantramasvatantraṁ ca dvividhaṁ tattvamiṣyatē। svatantrō bhagavān viṣṇuḥ bhāvābhāvau dvidhētarat ॥1॥
[svatantramasvatantraṁ ca = independent and not-independent; dvividhaṁ = two types; tattvamiṣyatē = principles are perceived;। svatantrō = = independent is; bhagavān viṣṇuḥ = lord Vishnu; bhāvābhāvau = existence and non-existence; dvidhētarat = are the other two;]
The two types of principles perceived are independent and not-independent. Lord Vishnu is the independent. The other, (i.e. not-independent,) is further divided into two: existence (bhāva), and non-existence (abhāvau).

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
