Tantra Sāra 1.003
अहमेकोखलिगुणो वाचकः प्रणवो मम। अकाराद्यतिशान्तान्तः सोSयमष्टाक्षरो मतः ॥३॥
ahamēkōkhaliguṇō vācakaḥ praṇavō mama। akārādyatiśāntāntaḥ sōSyamaṣṭākṣarō mataḥ ॥3॥
[ahamēkōkhaliguṇō = I am the only one who is complete with all auspicious qualities; vācakaḥ = denotes; praṇavō = "pranava"; mama = me; akārādyatiśāntāntaḥ = starting from letter A and ending with Ati-shanta; sōSyamaṣṭākṣarō = the eight letters; mataḥ = are in it;]
I am the only one who is complete with all auspicious qualities. I am denoted by syllable praṇava i.e. Ōm. It consists of eight letters starting with A, and ending with Ati-shanta (i.e. Ā, Ū, M, Nāda = sound, Bindu = pause, Ghosha = roar, Shanta = calm, Ati-Shanta = intense calmness)

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
