Taittirīyopaniṣat Bhāṣyam (तैत्तिरीयोपनिषत् भाष्यम्)
Taittirīyopaniṣat 01.03
सह नौ यशः। सह नौ ब्रह्मवर्चसम्। अथातः सं हिताया उपनिषदं व्याख्यास्यामः। पञ्चस्वधिकरणेषु। अधिलोकमधिज्यौतिषमधिविद्यमधिप्रजमध्यात्मम्। ता महासंहिता इत्याचक्षते ॥३॥
saha nau yaśaḥ। saha nau brahmavarcasam। athātaḥ saṃ hitāyā upaniṣadaṃ vyākhyāsyāmaḥ। pañcasvadhikaraṇeṣu। adhilokamadhijyautiṣamadhividyamadhiprajamadhyātmam। tā mahāsaṃhitā ityācakṣate ॥3॥
[सह (saha) - together; नौ (nau) - for us two; यशः (yaśaḥ) - glory; सह (saha) - together; नौ (nau) - for us two; ब्रह्मवर्चसम् (brahmavarcasam) - spiritual radiance; अथ (atha) - now; अतः (ataḥ) - therefore; संहिताया (saṃhitāyāḥ) - of the Saṃhitā; उपनिषदं (upaniṣadam) - Upaniṣad (secret teaching); व्याख्यास्यामः (vyākhyāsyāmaḥ) - we shall explain; पञ्चसु (pañcasu) - in five; अधिकरणेषु (adhikaraṇeṣu) - topics; अधिलोकम् (adhilokam) - with respect to the worlds; अधिज्यौतिषम् (adhijyautiṣam) - with respect to the luminaries; अधिविद्यम् (adhividyam) - with respect to knowledge; अधिप्रजम् (adhiprajam) - with respect to progeny; अध्यात्मम् (adhyātmam) - with respect to the self; ता (tā) - these; महासंहिता (mahāsaṃhitāḥ) - great Saṃhitās; इति (iti) - thus; आचक्षते (ācakṣate) - they call;]
May we both attain glory together. May we both attain spiritual radiance together. Now, therefore, we shall explain the Upaniṣad (secret teaching) of the Saṃhitā. It is in five topics: concerning the worlds, concerning the luminaries, concerning the knowledge, concerning the progeny, and concerning the self. These they call the great Saṃhitās. Thus (it is said).

A testimonial is referenced that elaborates on the fivefold form of the Supreme Lord Nārāyaṇa (Nārāyaṇa, Vāsudeva, Sankarshana, Pradyumna, and Aniruddha) that governs the five topics mentioned.
"नारायणादिरूपाणि लोकादिषु च पञ्चसु। अनिरुद्धावसानानि ध्येयानि चतुरात्मना॥
"nārāyaṇādirūpāṇi lokādiṣu ca pañcasu। aniruddhāvasānāni dhyeyāni caturātmanā॥
[नारायण (nārāyaṇa) - Nārāyaṇa; (the Supreme Being); आदि (ādi) - beginning with; starting with; रूपाणि (rūpāṇi) - forms; manifestations; लोक (loka) - worlds; realms; आदिषु (ādiṣu) - among; in the categories of; च (ca) - and; पञ्चसु (pañcasu) - in the five; among five; अनिरुद्ध (aniruddha) - Aniruddha; (a form of Viṣṇu); अवसानानि (avasānāni) - ending with; terminating in; ध्येयानि (dhyeyāni) - to be meditated upon; worthy of contemplation; चतुरात्मना (caturātmanā) - by the one with four forms; by the fourfold self;]
"The forms of the Supreme Lord Nārāyaṇa, in the five categories of worlds, ending with Aniruddha, are to be meditated upon by the one with four forms.
वासुदेवादिकान्येव तानि पूर्वोत्तरार्णयोः। संहितायास्तथा संधौ संधाने चापि क्रुत्स्नशः॥
vāsudevādikānyeva tāni pūrvottarārṇayoḥ। saṁhitāyāstathā sandhau saṁdhāne cāpi krutsnaśaḥ॥
[वासुदेव (vāsudeva) - Vāsudeva; आदिकानि (ādikāni) - beginning with; एव (eva) - indeed; तानि (tāni) - those; पूर्वोत्तरार्णयोः (pūrvottarārṇayoḥ) - of the earlier and later sections; संहितायाः (saṁhitāyāḥ) - of the Saṁhitā; तथा (tathā) - likewise; संधौ (sandhau) - at the junction; संधाने (saṁdhāne) - in the joining; च (ca) - and; अपि (api) - also; क्रुत्स्नशः (krutsnaśaḥ) - entirely;]
Indeed, only those beginning with Vāsudeva are in the earlier and later sections; likewise, in the Saṁhitā, at the junction and in the joining, also entirely.
यो वेदैतानि रूपाणि सर्वभूगसमन्वितः। प्राप्नोति वैष्ण्वं स्थानं मुक्तः स्वर्गाभिधं परम्॥"
yo vedaitāni rūpāṇi sarvabhūgasamanvitaḥ। prāpnoti vaiṣṇvaṃ sthānaṃ muktaḥ svargābhidhaṃ param॥"
[यः (yaḥ) - who; वेद (veda) - knows; एतानि (etāni) - these; रूपाणि (rūpāṇi) - forms; सर्वभूगसमन्वितः (sarvabhūgasamanvitaḥ) - endowed with all enjoyments; प्राप्नोति (prāpnoti) - attains; वैष्ण्वं (vaiṣṇvaṃ) - of Viṣṇu; स्थानं (sthānaṃ) - abode; मुक्तः (muktaḥ) - liberated; स्वर्गाभिधं (svargābhidhaṃ) - called heaven; परम् (param) - supreme;]
Whoever knows these forms, endowed with all enjoyments, attains the supreme abode of Lord Viṣṇu, called heaven, and is liberated."

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
