Shaṭpraśnopaniṣat Bhāshya (षट्प्रश्नोपनिषद्भाष्यं)
Shat.Upa 03.07
यच्चित्तस्तेनैष प्राणमायति। प्राणस्तेजसा युक्तः सहात्मना यथासङ्कल्पितं लोकं नयति। य एवं विद्वान् प्राणं वेद न हास्य प्रजा हीयतेऽमृतोभवति। तदेष श्लोकः।
yaccittastenaeṣa prāṇamāyati। prāṇastejasā yuktaḥ sahātmanā yathāsaṅkalpitaṃ lokaṃ nayati। ya evaṃ vidvān prāṇaṃ veda na hāsya prajā hīyate'mṛtobhavati। tadeṣa ślokaḥ।
[यत् (yat) - which; चित्तः (cittaḥ) - mind; तेन (tena) - by that; एषः (eṣaḥ) - this; प्राणम् (prāṇam) - life-breath; आयति (āyati) - comes; प्राणः (prāṇaḥ) - life-breath; तेजसा (tejasā) - with energy; युक्तः (yuktaḥ) - united; सह (saha) - with; आत्मना (ātmanā) - the Ātman; यथा (yathā) - as; सङ्कल्पितम् (saṅkalpitam) - desired; लोकम् (lokam) - world; नयति (nayati) - leads; यः (yaḥ) - who; एवम् (evam) - thus; विद्वान् (vidvān) - wise; प्राणम् (prāṇam) - life-breath; वेद (veda) - knows; न (na) - not; ह (ha) - indeed; अस्य (asya) - his; प्रजा (prajā) - progeny; हीयते (hīyate) - diminishes; अमृतः (amṛtaḥ) - immortal; भवति (bhavati) - becomes; तत् (tat) - that; एषः (eṣaḥ) - this; श्लोकः (ślokaḥ) - verse;]
(The mind by which this life-breath comes, the life-breath united with energy, with the self, leads the desired world as imagined. He who thus knows the life-breath, his progeny does not diminish, he becomes immortal. This is the verse.)
The mind directs 'prāṇa' i.e the life-breath, and when the life-breath is united with energy and the Ātman, it leads to the desired world as envisioned. A wise person who knows the life-breath ensures that his lineage does not diminish and attains immortality. This is the verse:
"उत्पत्तिमायतिं स्थानं विभुत्वं चैव पञ्चधा। अध्यात्मं चैव प्राणस्य विज्ञायामृतमश्नुते॥ विज्ञायामृतमश्नुत"
utpattimāyatiṃ sthānaṃ vibhutvaṃ caiva pañcadhā। adhyātmaṃ caiva prāṇasya vijñāyāmṛtamaśnute॥ vijñāyāmṛtamaśnut
[उत्पत्तिम् (utpattim) - origin; आयतिम् (āyatim) - expansion; स्थानम् (sthānam) - abode; विभुत्वम् (vibhutvam) - pervasiveness; च (ca) - and; एव (eva) - indeed; पञ्चधा (pañcadhā) - fivefold; अध्यात्मम् (adhyātmam) - spiritual essence; च (ca) - and; एव (eva) - indeed; प्राणस्य (prāṇasya) - of the life force; विज्ञाय (vijñāya) - having known; अमृतम् (amṛtam) - immortality; अश्नुते (aśnute) - attains; विज्ञाय (vijñāya) - having known; अमृतम् (amṛtam) - immortality; अश्नुत (aśnut) - attains;]
(Having known the origin, expansion, abode, pervasiveness, and indeed the fivefold spiritual essence of the life force, one attains immortality.)
"By understanding the origin, expansion, abode, pervasiveness, and the fivefold spiritual essence of the 'prāṇa' i.e. the life force, one achieves immortality."

॥इति तृतीयप्रश्नः प्रतिवचनम्॥

This marks the conclusion of the answer to the third question.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
