Shaṭpraśnopaniṣat Bhāshya (षट्प्रश्नोपनिषद्भाष्यं)
Shat.Upa 02.07
या ते तनूर्वाचि प्रतिष्ठिता या श्रोत्रे या च चक्षुषि। या मनसि सन्तता शिवां तां कुरुमोत्क्रमीः। प्राणस्यैतद्वशे सर्वं त्रिदिवे यत्प्रतिष्ठितम्। मातेव पुत्रान् रक्षस्व श्रीश्च प्रज्ञां च विधेहि नः ॥७॥
yā te tanūrvāci pratiṣṭhitā yā śrotre yā ca cakṣuṣi। yā manasi santatā śivāṃ tāṃ kurumotkramīḥ। prāṇasyaitadvaśe sarvaṃ tridive yatpratiṣṭhitam। māteva putrān rakṣasva śrīśca prajñāṃ ca vidhehi naḥ ॥7॥
[या (yā) - which; ते (te) - your; तनूः (tanūḥ) - body; वाचि (vāci) - in speech; प्रतिष्ठिता (pratiṣṭhitā) - established; या (yā) - which; श्रोत्रे (śrotre) - in hearing; या (yā) - which; च (ca) - and; चक्षुषि (cakṣuṣi) - in sight; या (yā) - which; मनसि (manasi) - in mind; सन्तता (santatā) - continuously; शिवाम् (śivām) - auspicious; ताम् (tām) - that; कुरु (kuru) - make; मा (mā) - not; उत्क्रमीः (utkramīḥ) - transgress; प्राणस्य (prāṇasya) - of life; एतत् (etat) - this; वशे (vaśe) - under control; सर्वम् (sarvam) - all; त्रिदिवे (tridive) - in three worlds; यत् (yat) - which; प्रतिष्ठितम् (pratiṣṭhitam) - established; माता (mātā) - mother; इव (iva) - like; पुत्रान् (putrān) - sons; रक्ष (rakṣa) - protect; स्व (sva) - your; श्रीः (śrīḥ) - prosperity; च (ca) - and; प्रज्ञाम् (prajñām) - wisdom; च (ca) - and; विधेहि (vidhehi) - bestow; नः (naḥ) - us;]
May your essence, established in speech, hearing, and sight, and continuously in the mind, be made auspicious and not transgress. All is under the control of Prāṇa, the life force, established in three worlds. Like a mother protecting sons, bestow on us prosperity and wisdom.
॥इति द्वितीयप्रश्नप्रतिवचनं समाप्तम्॥
॥iti dvitīyapraśnaprativacanaṃ samāptam॥

Thus concludes the answer to the second question.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
