Shaṭpraśnopaniṣat Bhāshya (षट्प्रश्नोपनिषद्भाष्यं)
Shat.Upa 02.02
तस्मै स होवाच। आकाशो ह वा एष देवो वायुरग्निरापः पृथिवी वाङ्मनश्चक्षुः श्रोत्रं च। ते प्राकाश्या अभिवदन्ति। वयमेतद्बाणमवष्टभ्य विधारयाम इति ॥२॥
tasmai sa hovāca। ākāśo ha vā eṣa devo vāyuragnirāpaḥ pṛthivī vāṅmanaścakṣuḥ śrotraṃ ca। te prākāśyā abhivadanti। vayametadbāṇamavaṣṭabhya vidhārayāma iti ॥2॥
[तस्मै (tasmai) - to him; सः (saḥ) - he; उवाच (uvāca) - said; आकाशः (ākāśaḥ) - sky; ह (ha) - indeed; वा (vā) - or; एषः (eṣaḥ) - this; देवः (devaḥ) - god; वायुः (vāyuḥ) - wind; अग्निः (agniḥ) - fire; आपः (āpaḥ) - waters; पृथिवी (pṛthivī) - earth; वाक् (vāk) - speech; मनः (manaḥ) - mind; चक्षुः (cakṣuḥ) - eye; श्रोत्रम् (śrotram) - ear; च (ca) - and; ते (te) - they; प्राकाश्याः (prākāśyāḥ) - illuminate; अभिवदन्ति (abhivadanti) - speak; वयम् (vayam) - we; एतत् (etat) - this; बाणम् (bāṇam) - body; अवष्टभ्य (avaṣṭabhya) - having worn; विधारयाम (vidhārayāma) - hold; इति (iti) - thus;]
He said to him: "Indeed, these are the controlling deities of the sky, the wind, fire, waters, earth, speech, mind, eye, and ear." They, having illuminated (the body), declared: "We hold this body, having worn it."

In this context, the phrase 'vāyuragni' refers to the elemental air, not the Prāna, which is the life breath.
वायुरग्निरित्यत्र भूतवायुरुच्यते।
vāyuragnirityatra bhūtavāyurucyate।
[वायुः (vāyuḥ) - air; अग्निः (agniḥ) - fire; इति (iti) - thus; अत्र (atra) - here; भूत (bhūta) - element; वायुः (vāyuḥ) - air; उच्यते (ucyate) - is called;]
The phrase 'vāyuragni' in this context refers to the elemental air (and not the Prāna).

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
