Mundakōpanishad Bhāshya
Mundaka 6.05
सम्प्राप्यैनमृषयो ज्ञानतृप्ताः कृतात्मानो वीतरागाः प्रशान्ताः। ते सर्वगं सर्वतः प्राप्य धीराः मुक्तात्मानः सर्वमेवापि यन्ति ॥५॥
samprāpyainamṛṣayo jñānatṛptāḥ kṛtātmāno vītarāgāḥ praśāntāḥ। te sarvagaṃ sarvataḥ prāpya dhīrāḥ muktātmānaḥ sarvamevāpi yanti ॥5॥
[सम्प्राप्य (samprāpya) - having attained; एनम् (enam) - this; ऋषयः (ṛṣayaḥ) - sages; ज्ञानतृप्ताः (jñānatṛptāḥ) - satisfied with knowledge; कृतात्मानः (kṛtātmānaḥ) - self-realized; वीतरागाः (vītarāgāḥ) - free from passions; प्रशान्ताः (praśāntāḥ) - peaceful; ते (te) - they; सर्वगम् (sarvagam) - the all-pervading one; सर्वतः (sarvataḥ) - everywhere / liberated from all constraints; प्राप्य (prāpya) - having attained; धीराः (dhīrāḥ) - wise; मुक्तात्मानः (muktātmānaḥ) - liberated souls; सर्वम् (sarvam) - everything; एव (eva) - indeed; अपि (api) - also; यन्ति (yanti) - go;]
Having attained this state, the sages - fulfilled with knowledge, self-realized, free from passions, and tranquil, liberated from all constraints, the wise liberated souls having attained the all-pervading one - indeed attain everything.
Bhāshya 6.05
The term 'sarvataḥ' is used to refer to beings liberated from the body and all other limitations. The term 'sarvagam' refers to the all-pervading Lord. A testimonial is quoted with similar usage to bring clarity.
सर्वतो देहादेः र्मुक्तास्सन्तः। सर्वगं भगवन्तं प्राप्य तमेवापि यन्ति।
sarvato dehādeḥ rmuktāssantaḥ। sarvagaṃ bhagavantaṃ prāpya tamevāpi yanti।
[सर्वतः (sarvataḥ) - from all sides; देहादेः (dehādeḥ) - from the body and others; र्मुक्ताः (rmuktāḥ) - liberated; सन्तः (santaḥ) - beings; सर्वगं (sarvagam) - all-pervading; भगवन्तं (bhagavantaṃ) - the blessed one, the Lord; प्राप्य (prāpya) - having attained; तम् (tam) - him; एव (eva) - indeed; अपि (api) - also; यन्ति (yanti) - go;]

"देहादेः सर्वतो मुक्ताः सर्वगं पुरुषोत्तमम्। प्राप्य तस्मिन् प्रविश्याथ मोदन्तेऽन्तर्बहिस्तथा॥"
"dehādeḥ sarvato muktāḥ sarvagaṃ puruṣottamam। prāpya tasmin praviśyātha modante'ntarbahiḥ tathā॥"
[देहादेः (dehādeḥ) - from the body, etc.; सर्वतः (sarvataḥ) - from all sides; मुक्ताः (muktāḥ) - liberated; सर्वगं (sarvagam) - all-pervading; पुरुषोत्तमम् (puruṣottamam) - the Supreme Person; प्राप्य (prāpya) - having attained; तस्मिन् (tasmin) - in that; प्रविश्य (praviśya) - having entered; अथ (atha) - then; मोदन्ते (modante) - rejoice; अन्तर्बहिः (antarbahiḥ) - inside and outside; तथा (tathā) - thus;]
"Liberated from all bodily limitations, having attained the all-pervading Supreme Person, they enter into that state and rejoice both internally and externally."

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
