Mundakōpanishad Bhāshya
Mundaka 5.08
न चक्षुषा गृह्यते नापि वाचा नान्यैर्देवैस्तपसा कर्मणा वा। ज्ञानप्रसादेन विशुद्ध सत्त्वस्ततस्तु तं पश्यते निष्कलं ध्यायमानः ॥८॥
na cakṣuṣā gṛhyate nāpi vācā nānyairdevaiḥ tapasā karmaṇā vā। jñānaprasādena viśuddha sattvastatastu taṃ paśyate niṣkalaṃ dhyāyamānaḥ ॥8॥
[न (na) - not; चक्षुषा (cakṣuṣā) - by eyes; गृह्यते (gṛhyate) - is grasped; न (na) - not; अपि (api) - also; वाचा (vācā) - by speech; न (na) - not; अन्यैः (anyaiḥ) - by others; देवैः (devaiḥ) - by gods; तपसा (tapasā) - by penance; कर्मणा (karmaṇā) - by action; वा (vā) - or; ज्ञानप्रसादेन (jñānaprasādena) - by the grace of knowledge; विशुद्ध (viśuddha) - pure; सत्त्वः (sattvaḥ) - being; ततः (tataḥ) - then; तु (tu) - but; तं (taṃ) - him; पश्यते (paśyate) - sees; निष्कलं (niṣkalaṃ) - Unlike ordinary mortals, body without parts; ध्यायमानः (dhyāyamānaḥ) - meditating;]
He cannot be grasped by the eyes, nor by speech, nor by other gods, nor by penance or action. It is only through the grace of knowledge that the pure being sees Him while meditating, the one who has a body without parts (unlike ordinary mortals).
Bhāshya 5.08
Only those whom He is pleased with and grants permission could see him. 'niṣkalaḥ' i.e. He has an auspicious body without parts, unlike ordinary mortals. His body is described in the scriptures as - "When the seer sees the golden colour", "the form of bliss, that immortal which shines"
"नान्यैर्देवैर्हरिं पश्येत् ज्ञानरूपेण वायुना। ब्रह्मणा परमज्ञानरूपेण हरिणा तथा॥ प्रसन्नेनैव तं पश्येदन्येऽनुज्ञाप्रदायिनः॥"
nānyairdevairhariṃ paśyet jñānarūpeṇa vāyunā। brahmaṇā paramajñānarūpeṇa hariṇā tathā॥ prasannenaiva taṃ paśyedanye'anujñāpradāyinaḥ॥
[न (na) - not; अन्यैः (anyaiḥ) - by others; देवैः (devaiḥ) - by gods; हरिम् (harim) - Hari; पश्येत् (paśyet) - should see; ज्ञानरूपेण (jñānarūpeṇa) - in the form of knowledge; वायुना (vāyunā) - by Vayu; ब्रह्मणा (brahmaṇā) - by Brahma; परमज्ञानरूपेण (paramajñānarūpeṇa) - in the form of supreme knowledge; हरिणा (hariṇā) - by Hari; तथा (tathā) - thus; प्रसन्नेन (prasannena) - by the pleased one; एव (eva) - indeed; तम् (tam) - him; पश्येत् (paśyet) - should see; अन्ये (anye) - others; अनुज्ञा (anujñā) - permission; प्रदायिनः (pradāyinaḥ) - granting;]
"Lord Hari is not to be seen by other gods, but by Vayu in the form of knowledge and by Brahma in the form of supreme knowledge. Only those whom He is pleased with and grants permission could see him."

[इति (iti) - thus; च (ca) - and / as well;]
- stated thus, as well.
षोडशकलाशरीरो न भवतीति निष्कलः। "यदा पश्यः पश्यते रुग्मवर्णम्", "आनन्दरूपममृतं यद्विभाति" इत्युक्तत्वात् ॥५॥
ṣoḍaśakalāśarīro na bhavatīti niṣkalaḥ। "yadā paśyaḥ paśyate rugmavarṇam", "ānandarūpamamṛtaṃ yadvibhāti" ityuktatvāt ॥5॥
[षोडश (ṣoḍaśa) - sixteen; कलाशरीरः (kalāśarīraḥ) - parts-body; न (na) - not; भवतीति (bhavatīti) - becomes; निष्कलः (niṣkalaḥ) - without parts; यदा (yadā) - when; पश्यः (paśyaḥ) - seer; पश्यते (paśyate) - sees; रुग्मवर्णम् (rugmavarṇam) - golden color; आनन्दरूपम् (ānandarūpam) - form of bliss; अमृतम् (amṛtam) - immortal; यत् (yat) - which; विभाति (vibhāti) - shines; इति (iti) - thus; उक्तत्वात् (uktatvāt) - because it is said;]
(Unlike ordinary mortals,) his body is without sixteen parts, hence called 'niṣkalaḥ' i.e. without parts. But, it is said: "When the seer sees the golden colour", "the form of bliss, that immortal which shines"

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
