Mundakōpanishad Bhāshya
Mundaka 4.07
arā iva rathanābhau saṃhatā yatra nāḍyaḥ। sa eṣo'ntaścarate bahudhā jāyamānaḥ ॥7॥
Like spokes in the hub of a chariot, where the channels are joined, he moves within, manifesting in many ways.
Bhāshya 4.07
Lord Vishnu, who always resides in the heart, manifests in multiple forms as well as a singular form. He moves freely of his own will, governing all living beings from within.
"hṛdayasthā sadā viṣṇurbahudhā caikadhā bhavet। carati svecchayaivāntaḥ sarvajīvān niyāmayan॥"
"Lord Vishnu, who always resides in the heart, manifests in multiple forms as well as a singular form. He moves freely of his own will, governing all living beings from within."

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
