अत्रैते श्लोका भवन्ति ।
atraite ślokā bhavanti ।
[अत्र (atra) - here; एते (ete) - these; श्लोकाः (ślokāḥ) - verses; भवन्ति (bhavanti) - are;]
Here are these verses:
बहिःप्रज्ञो विभुर्विश्वो ह्यन्तःप्रज्ञस्तु तैजसः। घनप्रज्ञस्तथा प्राज्ञ एक एव त्रिधा स्मृतः ॥७॥
bahiḥprajño vibhurviśvo hyantaḥprajñastu taijasaḥ। ghanaprajñastathā prājña eka eva tridhā smṛtaḥ ॥7॥
[बहिःप्रज्ञः (bahiḥprajñaḥ) - outwardly-conscious; विभुः (vibhuḥ) - all-pervading; विश्वः (viśvaḥ) - universal; हि (hi) - indeed; अन्तःप्रज्ञः (antaḥprajñaḥ) - inwardly-conscious; तु (tu) - but; तैजसः (taijasaḥ) - luminous; घनप्रज्ञः (ghanaprajñaḥ) - consciousness of the heavy being, that is ignorant; तथा (tathā) - thus; प्राज्ञः (prājñaḥ) - wise; एकः (ekaḥ) - one; एव (eva) - indeed; त्रिधा (tridhā) - threefold; स्मृतः (smṛtaḥ) - is remembered;]
The all-pervading outwardly conscious in the form of 'Viśva', i.e. universal, is indeed also the inwardly conscious, called 'Taijasa' i.e. luminous, and in the form of 'Prājña', i.e. the wise one, carries the heavy and ignorant being; thus remembered to be three-fold.

The authenticity of the earlier textual evidence is reinforced by the current textual evidence when they are aligned. In the Garuda Purana, section four, while commenting on this verse, it is stated, Lord Varuna reinforced the ideas by quoting the verses seen by Lord Brahma.
"प्रमाणस्य प्रमाणं च बलवद् विद्यते मुने। ब्रह्मदृष्टान् यतो मन्त्रान् प्रमाणं सलिलेश्वरः। अत्र श्लोका भवन्तीति चकारैव पृथक् पृथक्॥"
"pramāṇasya pramāṇaṃ ca balavad vidyate mune। brahmadṛṣṭān yato mantrān pramāṇaṃ salileśvaraḥ। atra ślokā bhavantīti cakāraiva pṛthak pṛthak॥"
[प्रमाणस्य (pramāṇasya) - of the textual evidence; प्रमाणं (pramāṇam) - authenticity; च (ca) - and; बलवत् (balavat) - strong; विद्यते (vidyate) - exists; मुने (mune) - O sage; ब्रह्मदृष्टान् (brahmadṛṣṭān) - seen by Brahma; यतः (yataḥ) - from which; मन्त्रान् (mantrān) - mantras; प्रमाणं (pramāṇam) - evidence; सलिलेश्वरः (salileśvaraḥ) - lord of waters; अत्र (atra) - here; श्लोका (ślokā) - verses; भवन्तीति (bhavantīti) - become; चकार (cakāra) - made; एव (eva) - indeed; पृथक् (pṛthak) - separate; पृथक् (pṛthak) - separate;]
"O sage, the authenticity of the earlier evidence is reinforced by the current evidence when the two are aligned. Indeed, by quoting the verses as seen by Lord Brahma again and again separately, the Lord of the waters, i.e. Varuna, is reinforcing his message through textual evidence."
इति गारुडे खण्डचतुष्टये ॥७॥

- stated thus in the Garuda Purana, section four.
