Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 14.24 and 25
समदुःखसुखः स्वस्थः समलोष्टाश्मकाञ्चनः। तुल्यप्रियाप्रियो धीरस्तुल्यनिन्दात्मसंस्तुतिः ॥२४॥
मानापमानयोस्तुल्यस्तुल्यो मित्रारिपक्षयोः। सर्वारम्भपरित्यागी गुणातीतः स उच्यते ॥२५॥
samaduḥkhasukhaḥ svasthaḥ samaloṣṭāśmakāñcanaḥ। tulyapriyāpriyo dhīrastulyanindātmasaṃstutiḥ ॥24॥
mānāpamānayostulyastulyo mitrāripakṣayoḥ। sarvārambhaparityāgī guṇātītaḥ sa ucyate ॥25॥
[समदुःखसुखः (samaduḥkhasukhaḥ) - equanimous in sorrow and happiness; स्वस्थः (svasthaḥ) - self-possessed; समलोष्टाश्मकाञ्चनः (samaloṣṭāśmakāñcanaḥ) - regarding a clod, stone, and gold as equal; तुल्यप्रियाप्रियः (tulyapriyāpriyaḥ) - equal towards the pleasant and unpleasant; धीरः (dhīraḥ) - steady; तुल्यनिन्दात्मसंस्तुतिः (tulyanindātmasaṃstutiḥ) - equal in blame and praise;]
[मानापमानयोः (mānāpamānayoḥ) - in honour and dishonour; तुल्यः (tulyaḥ) - equal; तुल्यः (tulyaḥ) - equal; मित्रारिपक्षयोः (mitrāripakṣayoḥ) - in friend and enemy parties; सर्वारम्भपरित्यागी (sarvārambhaparityāgī) - renouncer of all undertakings; गुणातीतः (guṇātītaḥ) - transcended the qualities; सः (saḥ) - he; उच्यते (ucyate) - is said;]
One who is equanimous in both sorrow and happiness, self-possessed, and regards a clod, stone, and gold as equal; who is equal towards the pleasant and unpleasant, steady, and remains unaffected by blame or praise; the person who remains balanced in honour and dishonour, treats friends and enemies alike, and has renounced all undertakings is considered to have transcended the (three) qualities.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
