Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 10.07
etāṁ vibhūtiṁ yogaṁ ca mama yo vetti tattvataḥ। so'vikampena yogena yujyate nātra saṁśayaḥ ॥7॥
He who knows the principle behind this great manifestations and yogic power of Mine, is engaged with rigor and unwaveringly in Yoga - there is no doubt about it.
Gīta Tātparya 10.07
'Yoga' - the power or capability; 'yujyate' - that rigor by which Yoga is attained; 'vibhūti' - a special manifestation, or greatness, or ability to exist in various forms;
"yujyate yena yogo'sāvupāyaḥ śaktireva ca​।"
"The word 'yujyate' means that strength by which Yoga is attained."
iti ca।
- stated thus as well.
viśiṣṭaṁ bhavanaṁ vibhūtiḥ mahattvam। vividhabhavanaṁ vā। yogaḥ sāmarthyam ॥7॥
'vibhūti' is a special manifestation, or greatness, or ability to exist in various forms. 'Yoga' is the power or capability.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
