Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 8.16
आब्रह्मभवनाल्लोकाः पुनरावर्तिनोऽर्जुन। मामुपेत्य तु कौन्तेय पुनर्जन्म न विद्यते ॥१६॥
ābrahmabhavanāllokāḥ punarāvartino'rjuna। māmupetya tu kaunteya punarjanma na vidyate ॥16॥
[आब्रह्मभवनात् (ā-brahma-bhavanāt) - up to the abode of Brahmā; लोकाः (lokāḥ) - worlds; पुनरावर्तिनः (punaḥ-āvartinaḥ) - are subject to return; अर्जुन (arjuna) - O Arjuna; माम् (mām) - me; उपेत्य (upetya) - having attained; तु (tu) - but; कौन्तेय (kaunteya) - O son of Kunti; पुनर्जन्म (punaḥ-janma) - rebirth; न (na) - not; विद्यते (vidyate) - exists;]
O Arjuna, all worlds up to the abode of Brahmā are subject to return (rebirth). But, O son of Kunti, having attained me, there is no rebirth.
Gīta Tātparya 8.16
As a rule there is no rebirth only for the liberated.
"नियमात् जन्मनोऽभावो मुक्तस्यैव तथापि तु। महर्लोकमतीतानां न जन्मांशलयौ विना। तत्राप्यवश्यं तत् स्थानं तैः क्षिप्रं पुनराप्यते॥"
"niyamāt janmano'bhāvo muktasyaiva tathāpi tu। maharlokamatītānāṁ na janmāṁśalayau vinā। tatrāpyavaśyaṁ tat sthānaṁ taiḥ kṣipraṁ punarāpyate॥"
[नियमात् (niyamāt) - due to rule; जन्मनः (janmanaḥ) - of birth; अभावः (abhāvaḥ) - absence; मुक्तस्य (muktasya) - of the liberated one; एव (eva) - indeed; तथापि (tathāpi) - even so; तु (tu) - but; महर्-लोकम् (mahar-lokam) - the Maharloka; अतीतानाम् (atītānām) - of those who have transcended; न (na) - not; जन्म (janma) - birth; अंश-लयौ (aṁśa-layau) - partial and final dissolution; विना (vinā) - without; तत्र (tatra) - there; अपि (api) - even; अवश्यं (avaśyaṁ) - certainly; तत् (tat) - that; स्थानम् (sthānam) - place; तैः (taiḥ) - by them; क्षिप्रं (kṣipraṁ) - quickly; पुनर्-आप्यते (punar-āpyate) - is attained again;]
"As a rule there is no rebirth only for the liberated. However, even those who have transcended Maharloka do not escape birth without undergoing final dissolution. But, they certainly attain that place quickly in the course of time."

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
