Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 8.16
O Arjuna, all worlds up to the abode of Brahmā are subject to return (rebirth). But, O son of Kunti, having attained me, there is no rebirth.
Gīta Tātparya 8.16
As a rule there is no rebirth only for the liberated.
"As a rule there is no rebirth only for the liberated. However, even those who have transcended Maharloka do not escape birth without undergoing final dissolution. But, they certainly attain that place quickly in the course of time."
- stated thus in the Padma Purāṇa

...

"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
