Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 6.29
सर्वभूतस्थमात्मानं सर्वभूतानि चात्मनि। ईक्षते योगयुक्तात्मा सर्वत्र समदर्शनः ॥२९॥
sarvabhūtasthamātmānaṁ sarvabhūtāni cātmani। īkṣate yogayuktātmā sarvatra samadarśanaḥ ॥29॥
[सर्वभूतस्थम् आत्मानं सर्व भूतानि च आत्मनि। ईक्षते योगयुक्तात्मा सर्वत्र समदर्शनः॥
सर्व (sarva) - all; भूतस्थम् (bhūtastham) - residing in beings; आत्मानं (ātmānaṃ) - as essence; सर्व (sarva) - all; भूतानि (bhūtāni) - beings; च (ca) - and; आत्मनि (ātmani) - in the self; ईक्षते (īkṣate) - sees; योगयुक्तात्मा (yoga-yuktātmā) - one whose is engaged with yoga; सर्वत्र (sarvatra) - everywhere; समदर्शनः (sama-darśanaḥ) - equal vision;]
The one who is engaged in Yoga sees equally, everywhere, the Lord, as one whose resides in every being as the essence and also who is the essence of all beings.
Gīta Bhāshya 6.29
The goal to be meditated up on is the blessed lord, who is the essence of all beings, also in whom the essence of every being resides. He resides with equal glory in every being.
ध्येयम् आह - सर्वभूतस्थम् इति।
dhyeyam āha - sarvabhūtastham iti।
[ध्येयम् (dhyeyam) - goal to be meditated upon; आह (āha) - (he) says; सर्वभूतस्थम् (sarvabhūtastham) - residing in all beings; इति (iti) - thus;]
The goal to be meditated upon is conveyed by - "sarvabhūtastham", i.e. one who resides in all beings, verse.
सर्वभूतस्थम् आत्मानं परमेश्वरम्। सर्वभूतानि च आत्मनि परमेश्वरे। तं च परमेश्वरं ब्रह्मतृणादौ ऐश्वर्यादिना साम्येन पश्यति। तच्चोक्तम् -
sarvabhūtastham ātmānaṁ parameśvaram। sarvabhūtāni ca ātmani parameśvare। taṁ ca parameśvaraṁ brahmatr̥ṇādau aiśvaryādinā sāmyena paśyati। taccoktam -
[सर्वभूतस्थम् (sarvabhūtastham) - residing in all beings; आत्मानं (ātmānam) - the essence is; परमेश्वरम् (parameśvaram) - Supreme Lord; सर्वभूतानि (sarvabhūtāni) - all beings; च (ca) - and; आत्मनि (ātmani) - in the self; परमेश्वरे (parameśvare) - in the Supreme Lord; तं च (taṃ ca) - Therefore, that; परमेश्वरं (parameśvaraṃ) - Supreme Lord; ब्रह्मतृणादौ (brahmatṛṇādau) - in Brahman and in the smallest things (like a blade of grass); ऐश्वर्यादिना (aiśvaryādinā) - by virtue of divinity; साम्येन (sāmyena) - with equality; पश्यति (paśyati) - sees; तत् (tat) - that; च (ca) - and; उक्तम् (uktam) - is said;]
The essence of all beings is the Supreme Lord. The essence of every being is also in the Supreme Lord. Therefore, that Supreme Lord's glory is seen equally in both Brahman and the smallest things (like a blade of grass). Hence, it is said:
"आत्मानं सर्वभूतेषु भगवन्तमवस्थितम्। अपश्यत् सर्वभूतानि भगवत्यपि चात्मनि॥"
"ātmānaṁ sarvabhūteṣu bhagavantamavasthitam। apaśyat sarvabhūtāni bhagavatyapi cātmani॥"
[आत्मानं (ātmānam) - in the essence of; सर्वभूतेषु (sarvabhūteṣu) - of every beings; भगवन्तम् (bhagavantam) - the Blessed Lord; अवस्थितम् (avasthitam) - situated; अपश्यत् (apaśyat) - saw; सर्वभूतानि (sarvabhūtāni) -in all beings; भगवति (bhagavati) - the Blessed Lord; अपि (api) - also; च (ca) - and; आत्मनि (ātmani) - in himself;]
"The Blessed Lord is situated in the essence of every being. Thus he saw in all beings the Blessed Lord, as well as in himself."

[इति (iti) - thus;]
- stated thus.
"समं सर्वेषु भूतेषु तिष्ठन्तं परमेश्वरम्।"
"samaṁ sarveṣu bhūteṣu tiṣṭhantaṁ parameśvaram।"
[समं (samaṃ) - equally; सर्वेषु (sarveṣu) - in all; भूतेषु (bhūteṣu) - beings; तिष्ठन्तं (tiṣṭhantaṃ) - residing; परमेश्वरम् (parameśvaram) - Supreme Lord;]
"The Supreme Lord resides equally in all beings."
इति च ॥२९॥

[इति (iti) - thus; च (ca) - and / as well;]
- stated thus as well.
Gīta Tātparya 6.29
The Supreme Self is residing in all beings.
सर्वभूतेषु स्थितं परमात्मं।
sarvabhūteṣu sthitaṁ paramātmaṁ।
[सर्व (sarva) - all; भूतेषु (bhūteṣu) - in beings; स्थितं (sthitaṃ) - residing; परमात्मं (paramātmāṃ) - Supreme Self;]
The Supreme Self is residing in all beings.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
