B.G 11.26-30
amī ca tvāṁ dhṛtarāṣṭrasya putrāḥ sarve sahaiva avanipāla-saṅghaiḥ। bhīṣmaḥ droṇaḥ sūta-putraḥ tathā asau saha asmadīyaiḥ api yodha-mukhyaiḥ ॥26॥ vaktrāṇi te tvaramāṇā viśanti daṁṣṭra-karālāni bhayānakāni। kecit vilagnā daśana-antareṣu sandṛśyante cūrṇitaiḥ uttamāṅgaiḥ ॥27॥
And these sons of Dhṛtarāṣṭra, along with the bands of kings, and Bhīṣma, Droṇa, and the son of the charioteer, likewise that one too, together with the chief warriors of our side — they are all rushing into your mouths, dreadful with terrifying fangs. Some are seen stuck between the teeth, their heads crushed to pieces.
yathā nadīnām bahavaḥ ambu-vegāḥ samudram eva abhimukhā dravanti। tathā tava amī nara-loka-vīrāḥ viśanti vaktrāṇi abhi-vijvalanti ॥28॥
Just as many streams of rivers flow rapidly toward the ocean, so also these heroes of the human world rush into your blazing mouths.
yathā pradīptam jvalanam pataṅgāḥ viśanti nāśāya samṛddha-vegāḥ। tathā eva nāśāya viśanti lokāḥ tava api vaktrāṇi samṛddha-vegāḥ ॥29॥
Just as moths swiftly rush into a blazing fire to their destruction, so too do the worlds hasten into your mouths with great speed for their destruction.
lelih yase grasamānaḥ samantāt lokān samagrān vadanaiḥ jvaladbhiḥ। tejobhiḥ āpūrya jagat samagram bhāsaḥ tava ugrāḥ pratapanti viṣṇo ॥30॥
You lick up and devour all the worlds on every side with your blazing mouths. Filling the entire universe with your radiance, your fierce lights scorch it, O Viṣṇu.
