[पत्रं (patraṁ) - a leaf; पुष्पं (puṣpaṁ) - a flower; फलं (phalaṁ) - a fruit; तोयं (toyaṁ) - water; यः (yaḥ) - whoever; मे (me) - to Me; भक्त्या (bhaktyā) - with devotion; प्रयच्छति (prayacchati) - offers; तत् (tat) - that; अहं (ahaṁ) - I; भक्ति-उपहृतम् (bhakti-upahṛtam) - offered with devotion; अश्नामि (aśnāmi) - accept, consume; प्रयत-आत्मनः (prayata-ātmanaḥ) - of the pure-hearted one.]

Gīta Bhāshya 9.26
The supreme goal of a person is - 'exclusive devotion to Govinda, which is the vision of the ātman everywhere'
durbalaiḥ stvaṁ pūjayituṁaśakyaḥ mahattvād ityāśaṅkyāha - patraṁ iti। natu avihitapatrādi। tasya aparādhatvokteḥ vārāhādau। bhaktyaiva ahaṁ tr̥pyaḥ iti bhāvaḥ।
[दुर्बलैः (durbalaiḥ) - by the weak; त्वं (tvaṁ) - You; पूजयितुम् (pūjayitum) - to worship; अशक्यः (aśakyaḥ) - impossible; महत्त्वात् (mahattvāt) - due to greatness; इति (iti) - thus; आशङ्क्य (āśaṅkya) - suspecting; आह (āha) - it is said; पत्रम् (patram) - a leaf; इति (iti) - thus. न तु (na tu) - not indeed; अविहित-पत्र-आदि (avihita-patra-ādi) - non-sanctioned leaf etc.; तस्य (tasya) - its; अपराधत्व-उक्तेः (aparādhatva-ukteḥ) - because of the stated fault; वाराह-आदौ (vārāha-ādau) - in texts like the Varāha Purāṇa. भक्त्या एव (bhaktyā eva) - by devotion alone; अहं (ahaṁ) - I; तृप्यः (tṛpyaḥ) - am pleased; इति (iti) - thus; भावः (bhāvaḥ) - is the sense.]
The Lord's grandeur might lead some to believe that He is beyond the reach of those of limited strength; the verse 'patram', or 'leaf', dispels this notion. However, not with unauthorized items like unsanctioned leaves, since their fault has been declared in texts like the Varāha Purāṇa. The sense is: "I am indeed pleased by devotion alone".
"भक्तप्रियं सकललोकनमस्कृतं च॥"
"bhaktapriyaṁ sakalalokanamaskr̥taṁ ca॥"
[भक्तप्रियं (bhakta-priyaṁ) - beloved of the devotees; सकललोकनमस्कृतं (sakala-loka-namaskṛtaṁ) - saluted by all the worlds]

"एतावानेव लोकेऽस्मिन् पुंसः स्वार्थः परः स्मृतः। एकान्तभक्तिर्गोविन्दे यत् सर्वत्रात्मदर्शनम्॥"
"etāvāneva loke'smin puṁsaḥ svārthaḥ paraḥ smr̥taḥ। ekāntabhaktirgovinde yat sarvatrātmadarśanam॥"
[एतावान् (etāvān) - this much; एव (eva) - indeed; लोके (loke) - in the world; अस्मिन् (asmin) - in this; पुंसः (puṁsaḥ) - of a person; स्वार्थः (svārthaḥ) - true goal; परः (paraḥ) - supreme; स्मृतः (smṛtaḥ) - is declared; एकान्त-भक्तिः (ekānta-bhaktiḥ) - exclusive devotion; गोविन्दे (govinde) - to Govinda; यत् (yat) - which; सर्वत्र (sarvatra) - everywhere; आत्म-दर्शनम् (ātma-darśanam) - vision of the 'ātman';]
"In this world, the supreme goal of a person is declared to be this alone - 'exclusive devotion to Govinda, which is the vision of the 'ātman' everywhere'."
इति भागवते ॥२६॥
iti bhāgavate ॥26॥
[इति (iti) - thus; भागवते (bhāgavate) - in the Bhāgavata;]
