B.G 4.09
जन्म कर्म च मे दिव्यमेवं यो वेत्ति तत्त्वतः। त्यक्त्वा देहं पुनर्जन्म नैति मामेति सोऽर्जुन ॥९॥
janma karma ca mē divyamēvaṁ yō vētti tattvataḥ। tyaktvā dēhaṁ punarjanma naiti māmēti sō'rjuna ॥9॥
[जन्म कर्म च मे दिव्यम् एवं यो वेत्ति तत्त्वतः। त्यक्त्वा देहं पुनः जन्म न एति माम् एति सः अर्जुन॥
janma = birth; karma = duties; ca and; mē = my; divyam = divine; ēvaṁ = in this manner; yō = who; vētti = understands; tattvataḥ = as governed by real principles;। tyaktvā = having renounced; dēhaṁ = the body; punaḥ = again; janma = birth; na = not; ēti = attains; mām = Me; ēti = attains; saḥ = only He; arjuna = O Arjuna;॥]
O Arjuna, One who understands My birth and actions as divine governed by the principles, is not born again, after renouncing the body, as he attains Me.
Gīta Bhāshya 4.09
The word 'tattvataḥ' provides exclusivity to such knowledge, stating only when one understands all the governing principles and gains insight into the birth of the lord, then one doesn't get re-birth, i.e. gets liberated.
पृथङ्ग् मुक्त्युक्तिः सर्वज्ञाननियमदर्शनार्थम्। न तु तावन्मात्रेण मुक्तिः इत्युक्तम्।
pr̥thaṅg muktyuktiḥ sarvajñānaniyamadarśanārtham। na tu tāvanmātrēṇa muktiḥ ityuktam।
[pr̥thaṅg = complete; muktyuktiḥ = solution to liberation; sarvajñānaniyamadarśanārtham = by having overall understanding of governing principles, and insight into appearances;। na = not; tu = indeed; tāvanmātrēṇa = by mearly limiting (ones knowledge); muktiḥ = liberation; ityuktam = conveyed thus;।]
The complete solution to liberation is possible by having overall insight and understanding of the governance principle behind lords' appearance. Indeed, it is conveyed, liberation is not possible by merely limiting one's knowledge.
"वेदाद्युक्तं तु सर्वं यो ज्ञात्वोपास्ते सदा हि माम्। तस्यैव दर्शनपथं यामि नान्यस्य कस्यचित्॥"
इत्युक्तेश्च महाकौर्मे।
"vēdādyuktaṁ tu sarvaṁ yō jñātvōpāstē sadā hi mām। tasyaiva darśanapathaṁ yāmi nānyasya kasyacit॥"

[vēdādyuktaṁ = as spoken in vēdas; tu = indeed; sarvaṁ = everything; yō = whoever; jñātvōpāstē = having understood worships, sadā = always; hi = certainly; mām = Me;। tasyaiva = of that person alone; darśanapathaṁ = the path of realization; yāmi = I give; nānyasya = not for others; kasyacit = at any point;]

"I certainly grant him the path of realization, whomever worships Me always, having the understanding of Me as described in Vēdas; Not for others, at any point in time."

अत्रोक्तस्य एतत् ज्ञात्वैव जन्म नैतीति गतिः। इतर वाक्यानां नान्या गतिः। 'नान्यस्य कस्यचित्' इति विशेषणात्। 'तत्त्वतः' इति विशेषणाच्च सर्वज्ञानम् आपतति। यत्रैवं भवति तत्र तत्त्वतः इति विशेषणे न विरोधः। उक्तं च–
atrōktasya ētat jñātvaiva janma naitīti gatiḥ। itara vākyānāṁ nānyā gatiḥ। 'nānyasya kasyacit' iti viśēṣaṇāt। 'tattvataḥ' iti viśēṣaṇācca sarvajñānam āpatati। yatraivaṁ bhavati tatra tattvataḥ iti viśēṣaṇē na virōdhaḥ। uktaṁ ca–
[atrōktasya = in this context, it is said; ētat = this; jñātvaiva = providing exclusivity for knowledge; janma = birth; naitīti = else not; gatiḥ = end goal;। itara = other; vākyānāṁ = statements; nānyā gatiḥ = can't be ascertained in any, way;। 'nānyasya kasyacit' = the phrase 'Not for others, at any point in time'; iti = in this context; viśēṣaṇāt = is the speciality;। 'tattvataḥ' = the phrase 'those who understand the underlying governing principles"; iti = stated thus; viśēṣaṇācca = is the speciality as well; sarvajñānam = by overall knowledge of all principles only; āpatati = is possible;। yatraivaṁ = wherever, specificity; bhavati = becomes; tatra = there; tattvataḥ = 'those who understand the underlying governing principles'; iti = the phrase; viśēṣaṇē = by its speciality; na virōdhaḥ = there are no contradiction;। uktaṁ ca = Thus, it is said:]
In this context, providing exclusivity to knowledge, saying only then one doesn't get re-birth is of importance. This statement can't be ascertained in any other way. The phrase 'Not for others, at any point in time' in Mahākaurma Purana is the speciality. Similarly, the phrase 'those who understand the underlying governing principles' (tattvataḥ) is the speciality, emphasizing by overall knowledge of all principles only end goal is possible. Wherever specific statements are made, there, the phrase 'those who understand the underlying governing principles' (tattvataḥ) must be added as speciality to resolve contradiction. Thus, it is said:
"एकं च तत्त्वतो ज्ञातुं विना सर्वज्ञतां नरः। न समर्थो महेन्द्रोऽपि तस्मात् सर्वत्र जिज्ञसेत्॥"
इति स्कान्दे ॥९॥
"ēkaṁ ca tattvatō jñātuṁ vinā sarvajñatāṁ naraḥ। na samarthō mahēndrō'pi tasmāt sarvatra jijñasēt॥"
iti skāndē ॥9॥

"A man is not capable of understanding everything without knowing a single aspect of the governing principle. Therefore, even the great Indra looks for the analysis and insight in every field."
