Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 17.09
कट्वाम्ललवणात्युष्णतीक्ष्णरूक्षविदाहिनः। आहारा राजसस्येष्टा दुःखशोकामयप्रदाः ॥९॥
kaṭvāmlalavaṇātyuṣṇatīkṣṇarūkṣavidāhinaḥ। āhārā rājasasyeṣṭā duḥkhaśokāmayapradāḥ ॥9॥
[कटु (kaṭu) - pungent; आम्ल (āmla) - sour; लवण (lavaṇa) - salty; अत्युष्ण (atyuṣṇa) - very hot; तीक्ष्ण (tīkṣṇa) - sharp; रूक्ष (rūkṣa) - dry; विदाहिनः (vidāhinaḥ) - burning; आहाराः (āhārāḥ) - foods; राजसस्य (rājasasya) - of the passionate; इष्टाः (iṣṭāḥ) - preferred; दुःख (duḥkha) - pain; शोक (śoka) - grief; अमय (amaya) - disease; प्रदाः (pradāḥ) - causing;]
Foods that are pungent, sour, salty, very hot, sharp, dry, and burning are favoured by those with a passionate nature, and they lead to pain, sorrow, and illness.
Gīta Tātparya 17.09
The word 'rūkṣaṃ' i.e. dry implies juice-less. The word 'tīkṣṇa' i.e. sharp are food items like mustard, etc.
रूक्षं नीरसम्। तीक्ष्णं सर्षपादि ॥९॥
rūkṣaṃ nīrasam। tīkṣṇaṃ sarṣapādi ॥9॥
[रूक्षम् (rūkṣam) - dry; नीरसम् (nīrasam) - juiceless; तीक्ष्णम् (tīkṣṇam) - sharp; सर्षपादि (sarṣapādi) - mustard seed, etc.;]

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
