(One should constantly meditate on the Lord, awaited by Brahmā and others, whose eyebrow movement grants the positions of Brahmā and others, and who is the giver of liberation.)
One should always meditate on the Lord, who is awaited by Brahmā and others, whose mere movement of the eyebrows bestows the positions of Brahmā and others, and who grants liberation.
