B.Ab 4.06

यथासङ्कल्पभोगाश्च चिदानन्दशरीरिणः। जगत्सृष्ट्यादिविषये महासामर्थ्यमप्यृते ॥४-६॥

yathāsaṅkalpabhogāś ca cidānandaśarīriṇaḥ। jagatsṛṣṭyādiviṣaye mahāsāmarthyam apy ṛte ॥4-6॥

[यथा (yathā) - just as; in the manner; as; in accordance with; as per; as is; as if; as though; सङ्कल्प (saṅkalpa) - will; intention; resolve; determination; भोगाः (bhogāḥ) - enjoyments; experiences; objects of enjoyment; च (ca) - and; चिदानन्द (cidānanda) - consciousness-bliss; bliss of consciousness; शरीरिणः (śarīriṇaḥ) - those having bodies; embodied beings; जगत् (jagat) - world; universe; सृष्टि (sṛṣṭi) - creation; आदि (ādi) - and so on; beginning with; etc.; विषये (viṣaye) - in the matter of; in the subject of; महासामर्थ्यम् (mahāsāmarthyam) - great power; great capability; अपि (api) - even; also; ऋते (ṛte) - without; except; apart from;]

There, enjoyments arise as willed for those whose bodies are of consciousness and bliss, even without the great power in the matter of creation of the world and so on (as they are always in tune with the Lord). (4-6)
