Worship the Lord with mental flowers like non-violence, etc. having stationed equanimously in pranava. Also meditate on other 'Vaishnava mantras'.
Notes:
Following verse from Agnipurāna speaks to the mental flowers:
ahiṁsā prathamaṁ puṣpaṁ puṣpamindriyanigrahaḥ sarva-bhūta-dayā puṣpaṁ kṣamā puṣpaṁ viśēṣataḥ। jñānaṁ puṣpaṁ tapaḥ puṣpaṁ dhyānaṁ puṣpaṁ ca saptamam। satyaṁ caivāṣṭamaṁ puṣpamētaistuṣyati kēśavaḥ॥
- agnipurāṇa 202 । 17-18
flower of non-violence, flower of control over senses, flower of kindness towards all beings, pardoning as a special one, flower of knowledge, flower of penance, flower of meditation as the seventh, and truth as the eigth flower - from these offerings the Lord Kēśavaḥ is satisfied.
- agnipurāṇa 202 । 17-18
