One should never reject food; this is the vow. Water is indeed food, and light is consumed by the food. Light is established in the waters, and waters are established in the light. Thus, this food is established in food. Whoever knows this food established in food becomes established himself. He becomes possessed of food and an eater of food. He becomes great through progeny, cattle, spiritual brilliance, and fame.
