Taittirīyopaniṣat Bhāṣyam (तैत्तिरीयोपनिषत् भाष्यम्)

Taittirīyopaniṣat 03.01

oṃ saha nāvavatu। saha nau bhunaktu। saha vīryaṃ karavāvahai। tejasvināvadhītamastu mā vidviṣāvahai॥ oṃ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ ॥1॥

Om, may we be protected together. May we be nourished together. May we work together with great energy. May our study be brilliant. May we not hate each other. Om, peace, peace, peace.

oṃ bhṛgur vai vāruṇiḥ। varuṇaṃ pitaram upasasāra। adhīhi bhagavo brahmeti। tasmā etat provāca। annaṃ prāṇaṃ cakṣuḥ śrotraṃ mano vācam iti। taṃ hovāca। yato vā imāni bhūtāni jāyante। yena jātāni jīvanti। yat prayanty abhisaṃviśanti। tad vijijñāsasva। tad brahmeti ॥1॥

Om. Bhrigu, the son of Varuna, approached his father Varuna and said, 'Venerable one, teach me Brahman.' To him, Varuna said: 'Food, life-breath, eye, ear, mind, and speech.' Then he said: 'That from which these beings are born, by which, being born, they live, and into which they enter at departure — seek to know that. That is Brahman.'

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
