Taittirīyopaniṣat 02.04

स वा एष पुरुषोऽन्नरसमयः। तस्येदमेव शिरः। अयं दक्षिणः पक्षः। अयमुत्तरः पक्षः। अयमात्मा। इदं पुच्छं प्रतिष्ठा ॥४॥

sa vā eṣa puruṣo'nnarasāmayaḥ। tasyedameva śiraḥ। ayaṃ dakṣiṇaḥ pakṣaḥ। ayamuttaraḥ pakṣaḥ। ayamātmā। idaṃ pucchaṃ pratiṣṭhā ॥4॥

[स (sa) - he; वा (vā) - indeed; एषः (eṣaḥ) - this; पुरुषः (puruṣaḥ) - person; अन्नरसमयः (annarasāmayaḥ) - consisting of the essence of food; तस्य (tasya) - of him; इदम् (idam) - this; एव (eva) - indeed; शिरः (śiraḥ) - head; अयम् (ayam) - this; दक्षिणः (dakṣiṇaḥ) - right; पक्षः (pakṣaḥ) - side; अयम् (ayam) - this; उत्तरः (uttaraḥ) - left; पक्षः (pakṣaḥ) - side; अयम् (ayam) - this; आत्मा (ātmā) - Ātmā; इदम् (idam) - this; पुच्छम् (puccham) - tail / backside; प्रतिष्ठा (pratiṣṭhā) - foundation / established;]

This person is indeed made of the essence of food. Of him only is this head; this is the right side; this is the left side; backside, as well this is established; this is the Ātmā, i.e. essence.
