[प्राणः (prāṇaḥ) - life force; हि (hi) - indeed; एषः (eṣaḥ) - this; सर्वभूतैः (sarvabhūtaiḥ) - by all beings; विभाति (vibhāti) - shines; विजानन् (vijānan) - knowing; विद्वान् (vidvān) - wise; भवते (bhavate) - becomes; न (na) - not; अतिवादी (ativādī) - talkative; आत्मक्रीडः (ātmakrīḍaḥ) - rejoicing in the Ātmān; आत्मरतिः (ātmaratiḥ) - delighting in the Ātmān; क्रियावान् (kriyāvān) - engaged in action; एषः (eṣaḥ) - this; ब्रह्मविदाम् (brahmavidām) - among the knowers of Brahman; वरिष्ठः (variṣṭhaḥ) - the greatest;]
The life-force, prāṇa, indeed shines through all beings. The wise, knowing this, do not become overly talkative. Rejoicing and delighting in the 'Ātman', the one who engages in action is the greatest among those who know Brahman.
