Mundakōpanishad Bhāshya
Mundaka 2.04
काली कराली च मनोजवा च सुलोहिता या च सुधूम्रवर्णा। स्फुलिङ्गिनी विश्वरुची च देवी लेलायमाना इति सप्तजिह्वाः ॥४॥
kālī karālī ca manojavā ca sulohitā yā ca sudhūmravarṇā। sphuliṅginī viśvarucī ca devī lelāyamānā iti saptajihvāḥ ॥4॥
[काली (kālī) - black; कराली (karālī) - fierce; च (ca) - and; मनोजवा (manojavā) - swift as the mind; च (ca) - and; सुलोहिता (sulohitā) - very red; या (yā) - who; च (ca) - and; सुधूम्रवर्णा (sudhūmravarṇā) - smoky-colored; स्फुलिङ्गिनी (sphuliṅginī) - sparkling; विश्वरुची (viśvarucī) - universal radiance; च (ca) - and; देवी (devī) - goddess; लेलायमाना (lelāyamānā) - flickering; इति (iti) - thus; सप्तजिह्वाः (saptajihvāḥ) - seven-tongued;]
The seven tongues of the fire are described as black, fierce, swift as the mind, very red, smoky-colored, sparkling universally radiant, and flickering like a goddess.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
