Kāthakopaniṣat Bhāshya (काठकोपनिषत् )
2.1.01
परांचि खानि व्यतृणात् स्वयम्भूः तस्मात् पराक् पश्यति नान्तरात्मन्। कश्चिद्धीरः प्रत्यगात्मानमैक्षत् आवृत्तचक्षुः अमृतत्वमिच्छन् ॥१॥
The self-existent Lord created through an inquisitive means the senses with outward tendencies; hence, people see the external world and not the inner ātman. However, a wise person, seeking immortality, turns his gaze inward and perceives the inner ātman.
Bhāṣya 2.1.01
In the word 'vyatṛṇāt', the root 'tṛṇu' is used to show an inquisitive and cutting nature.
तृणु कात्करण इति धातुः ॥१॥
The root 'tṛṇu' in the word 'vyatṛṇāt' means 'as an inquisitive and cutting means'.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
