Kāthakopaniṣat Bhāshya (काठकोपनिषत् )
1.2.01
अन्यच्छ्रेयोऽन्यदुतेव प्रेयः ते उभे नानार्थे पुरुषं सिनीतः। तयोः श्रेय आददानस्य साधु भवति हीयतेऽर्थाद्य उ प्रेयो वृणीते ॥१॥
The auspicious is one thing, and the pleasant is another; both with different aims to bind the person. Of them, the one who chooses the auspicious fares well, but he who chooses the pleasant falls away from the goal.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
