Jayanti Nirnaya 12
ततो नित्याह्निकं कृत्वा शक्तितो दीयतां धनम्। सर्वायेति च मन्त्रेण ततः पारणमाचरेत्। धर्मायेति ततः स्वस्थो मुच्यते सर्वकिल्बिषैः ॥१२॥
tatō nityāhnikaṁ kr̥tvā śaktitō dīyatāṁ dhanam। sarvāyēti ca mantrēṇa tataḥ pāraṇamācarēt। dharmāyēti tataḥ svasthō mucyatē sarvakilbiṣaiḥ ॥12॥
[tatō = then; nityāhnikaṁ kr̥tvā = do daily rituals; śaktitō = as per ones capacity; dīyatāṁ = give as charity; dhanam = money; sarvāyēti ca mantrēṇa = then meditating on 'sarvāya' mantra; tataḥ pāraṇamācarēt = one should break the fast; dharmāyēti = meditating on 'dharmaya' mantra; tataḥ = then; svasthō = healthy; mucyatē = becomes free; sarvakilbiṣaiḥ = from all bad impressions;]
Then, after completing daily morning prayer, meditating on 'sarvāya' mantra and should donate money as per one's capacity. Then meditating on 'dharmāya' mantra one should break the fast. By this one becomes free from all bad imprints and gains health.
Notes:
The 'sarvāya' verse to be recited during charity:
सर्वाय सर्वपतये सर्वेश्वराय सर्वसंभवाय श्री गोविन्दाय नमो नमः॥
sarvāya sarvapatayē sarvēśvarāya sarvasaṁbhavāya śrī gōvindāya namō namaḥ॥
Obeisances to the all that exists, to the master of all that exists, to the lord of all that exists, to one who makes all that exists possible; I bow to such lord Gōvinda repeatedly.
The 'dharmāya' verse to be recited while breaking the fast:
धर्माय धर्मपतये धर्मेश्वराय धर्मसंभवाय श्री गोविन्दाय नमो नमः॥
dharmāya dharmapatayē dharmēśvarāya dharmasaṁbhavāya śrī gōvindāya namō namaḥ॥
Obeisances to Dharma, to the master of Dharma, to the lord of Dharma, to one who makes Dharma possible; I bow to such lord Gōvinda repeatedly.


॥ इति श्रीमदानन्दतीर्थभगवत्पादाचार्यविरचितो जयन्तीनिर्णयः समाप्तः॥
॥ iti śrīmadānandatīrthabhagavatpādācāryaviracitō jayantīnirṇayaḥ samāptaḥ॥

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
