Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 13.29
समं पश्यन् हि सर्वत्र समवस्थितमीश्वरम्। न हिनस्त्यात्मनाऽऽत्मानं ततो याति परां गतिम् ॥२९॥
samaṁ paśyan hi sarvatra samavasthitam īśvaram। na hinasty ātmanā''tmānaṁ tato yāti parāṁ gatim ॥29॥
[समम् (samam) - equally; पश्यन् (paśyan) - seeing; हि (hi) - indeed; सर्वत्र (sarvatra) - everywhere; समवस्थितम् (samavasthitam) - equally present; ईश्वरम् (īśvaram) - the Lord; न (na) - not; हिनस्ति (hinasti) - destroys; आत्मना (ātmanā) - by the self; आत्मानम् (ātmānam) - the self; ततः (tataḥ) - then; याति (yāti) - attains; पराम् (parām) - supreme; गतिम् (gatim) - state;]
One who sees the Lord, equally present everywhere, does not harm himself or others and thus attains the supreme state.
Gīta Tātparya 13.29
Even in the living beings whose forms are perishable, the Lord Vishnu, who is free from sorrow and equal in all qualities, remains eternally. He who sees Vishnu in this way does not fall into darkness.
जीवेषु दुःखयोगादिरूपेण विनश्यत्सु अपि अतथाभूतम्।
jīveṣu duḥkhayogādirūpeṇa vinaśyatsu api atathābhūtam।
[जीवेषु (jīveṣu) - in living beings; दुःखयोगादि (duḥkhayogādi) - suffering and other conditions; रूपेण (rūpeṇa) - in the form of; विनश्यत्सु (vinaśyatsu) - perishing; अपि (api) - even; अतथाभूतम् (atathābhūtam) - that which is not in such a state;]
Even though living beings experience suffering and other conditions and whose forms are perishing, that (Lord) is not in such a state.
"दुःखयोगादिरूपेण जीवेषु विनश्यत्स्वपि। दुःखयोगादिरहितः सर्वजीवेष्ववस्थितः॥ गुणैः सर्वैः समो नित्यं न हीनो हीनगोऽपि सन्। इति पश्यति यो विष्णुं स एव न तमो व्रजेत्॥"
"duḥkhayogādirūpeṇa jīveṣu vinaśyatsvapi। duḥkhayogādirahitaḥ sarvajīveṣvavasthitaḥ॥ guṇaiḥ sarvaiḥ samo nityaṃ na hīno hīnagopi san। iti paśyati yo viṣṇuṃ sa eva na tamo vrajet॥"
[दुःखयोगादिरूपेण (duḥkhayogādirūpeṇa) - in the form of the connection with sorrow; जीवेषु (jīveṣu) - among living beings; विनश्यत्सु (vinaśyatsu) - even in those who are perishing; अपि (api) - even; दुःखयोगादिरहितः (duḥkhayogādirahitaḥ) - free from the connection with sorrow; सर्वजीवेषु (sarvajīveṣu) - among all living beings; अवस्थितः (avasthitaḥ) - situated; गुणैः (guṇaiḥ) - by qualities; सर्वैः (sarvaiḥ) - all; समः (samaḥ) - equal; नित्यं (nityaṃ) - eternally; न (na) - not; हीनः (hīnaḥ) - deficient; हीनगः (hīnagaḥ) - going to the deficient; अपि (api) - even; सन् (san) - being; इति (iti) - thus; पश्यति (paśyati) - sees; यः (yaḥ) - who; विष्णुं (viṣṇuṃ) - Vishnu; सः (saḥ) - he; एव (eva) - indeed; न (na) - not; तमः (tamaḥ) - darkness; व्रजेत् (vrajet) - goes.;]
"Even in the living beings whose forms are perishable, the Lord Vishnu, who is free from sorrow and equal in all qualities, remains eternally. He who sees Vishnu in this way does not fall into darkness."

सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
