Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 11.21
amī hi tvāṁ surasaṅghā viśanti kecidbhītāḥ prāñjalayo gṛṇanti. svastītyuktvā maharṣisiddhasaṅghāḥ stuvanti tvāṁ stutibhiḥ puṣkalābhiḥ ॥21॥
Indeed, these groups of gods enter you; some, fearful, with folded hands, praise you; having said "svasti", i.e. 'let there be well-being', the assemblies of great sages and perfected beings extol you with abundant praises.
Gīta Tātparya 11.21
The liberated groups of gods enter the universal form. Their entrance and exit occur by their own will.
muktāḥ surasaṅghā viśanti ।
The liberated groups of gods enter:
"praveśo nirgamaścaiva muktānāṁ svecchayā bhavet ।"
"Entrance and exit of the liberated occurs by their own will."
iti brahmāṇḍe ॥
-stated thus in the Brahmāṇḍa Purāṇa.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
