Bhagavad Gīta Tātparya

अन्ये च बहवः शूरा मदर्थे त्यक्तजीविताः। नानाशस्त्रप्रहरणाः सर्वे युद्धविशारदाः ॥ १-९॥

anyē ca bahavaḥ śūrā madarthē tyaktajīvitāḥ। nānāśastrapraharaṇāḥ sarvē yuddhaviśāradāḥ ॥ 1-9॥

[anyē ca = and others; bahavaḥ = several; śūrā = heroes; madarthē = for my sake; tyaktajīvitāḥ = given up their lives; nānāśastrapraharaṇāḥ = armed with diverse weapons; sarvē yuddhaviśāradāḥ = all experts in the war;]

And several other heroes armed with diverse weapons and all experts in war, who have given up their lives for my sake.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
