B.G 11.34
droṇaṁ ca bhīṣmaṁ ca jayadrathaṁ ca karṇaṁ tathā anyān api yodhavīrān। mayā hatāṁs tvaṁ jahi mā vyathiṣṭhā yudhyasva jetāsi raṇe sapatnān ॥34॥
You kill these Droṇa, Bhīṣma, Jayadratha, Karṇa, and other heroic warriors whom I have already slain. Fight, do not be distressed, you shall definitely conquer your rivals in battle.
Gīta Bhāshya 11.34
The boon from his father accounts for the special mention of Jayadratha. Karna is special because he possesses the Vāsavī missile endowed with a boon.
yo'sya śiraś chinnaṁ bhūmau pātayati tac chiro bhetsyati iti tat-pituḥ varāt jayadratho'pi viśeṣeṇa uktaḥ। sa-varā vāsavī śaktiḥ iti karṇaḥ ॥34॥
He who causes his severed head to fall on the ground — his head will burst; thus, by his father's boon, Jayadratha is specifically mentioned. Karṇa is one with the Vāsavī missile endowed by a boon.
