Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 10.18
विस्तरेणात्मनो योगं विभूतिं च जनार्दन। भूयः कथय तृप्तिर्हि शृृण्वतो नास्ति मेऽमृतम् ॥१८॥
vistareṇātmanaḥ yogaṁ vibhūtiṁ ca janārdana. bhūyaḥ kathaya tṛptir-hi śṛṇvato nāsti me-'mṛtam ॥18॥
[विस्तरेण (vistareṇa) - in detail; आत्मनः (ātmanaḥ) - of your own; योगम् (yogam) - powers; विभूतिम् (vibhūtim) - manifestations or glories; च (ca) - and; जनार्दन (janārdana) - O Janardana; भूयः (bhūyaḥ) - again; कथय (kathaya) - narrate; तृप्तिः (tṛptiḥ) - satisfaction; हि (hi) - indeed; शृण्वतः (śṛṇvataḥ) - for one who hears; न अस्ति (na asti) - does not exist; मे (me) - for me; अमृतम् (amṛtam) - the nectar (of your words).]
O Janardana, narrate again in detail your divine powers and glories; for I, who listen, indeed find no satisfaction in the nectar of your words.
Gīta Bhāshya 10.18
'Janardana' - one who is not born and relieve afflictions born from the cycle of existence.
न जायते अर्दयति च संसारं इति जनार्दनः। तथा च बाभ्रव्यशाखायाम्-
na jāyate ardayati ca saṁsāraṁ iti janārdanaḥ. tathā ca bābhravya-śākhāyām-
[न (na) - not; जायते (jāyate) - is born; अर्दयति (ardayati) - relieve afflictions; च (ca) - and; संसारम् (saṁsāram) - the cycle of existence; इति (iti) - thus; जनार्दनः (janārdanaḥ) - Janardana; तथा च (tathā ca) - and thus also; बाभ्रव्यशाखायाम् (bābhravya-śākhāyām) - in the Bābhravya branch.]
Janardana is said to be the one who is not born and relieve afflictions born from the cycle of existence. Same is stated also in the Bābhravya branch:
"स भूतः स जनार्दनः इति स ह्यासीत् स नासीत् सोऽर्दयति।"
sa bhūtaḥ sa janārdanaḥ iti sa hi-āsīt sa na-āsīt saḥ ardayati.
[स (sa) - he; भूतः (bhūtaḥ) - the being; स (sa) - he; जनार्दनः (janārdanaḥ) - Janardana; इति (iti) - thus; स (sa) - he; हि (hi) - indeed; आसीत् (āsīt) - was; स (sa) - he; न आसीत् (na āsīt) - was not; सः (saḥ) - he; अर्दयति (ardayati) - afflicts.]
"He is the being, he is Janardana; thus, he indeed was, he was not, he relieves afflictions."

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
