Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 18.61
ईश्वरः सर्वभूतानां हृद्देशेऽर्जुन तिष्ठति। भ्रामयन् सर्वभूतानि यन्त्रारूढानि मायया ॥६१॥
īśvaraḥ sarvabhūtānāṃ hṛddeśe'rjuna tiṣṭhati। bhrāmayan sarvabhūtāni yantrārūḍhāni māyayā ॥61॥
[ईश्वरः (īśvaraḥ) - the Lord; सर्वभूतानां (sarvabhūtānāṃ) - of all living entities; हृद्देशे (hṛddeśe) - in the location of the heart; अर्जुन (arjuna) - O Arjuna; तिष्ठति (tiṣṭhati) - resides; भ्रामयन् (bhrāmayan) - causing to wander; सर्वभूतानि (sarvabhūtāni) - all living entities; यन्त्रारूढानि (yantrārūḍhāni) - seated on a machine; मायया (māyayā) - by His illusory energy;]
O Arjuna, the Lord dwells in the hearts of all beings, directing their wanderings through His illusory energy, as if they are mounted on a machine.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
