Bhagavad Gīta Bhāshya and Tātparya
B.G 17.24
तस्मादोमित्युदाहृत्य यज्ञदानतपःक्रियाः। प्रवर्तन्ते विधानोक्ताः सततं ब्रह्मवादिनाम् ॥२४॥
tasmādomityudāhṛtya yajñadānatapaḥkriyāḥ। pravartante vidhānoktāḥ satataṃ brahmavādinām ॥24॥
[तस्मात् (tasmāt) - therefore; ओम् (om) - Om; इति (iti) - thus; उदाहृत्य (udāhṛtya) - having uttered; यज्ञ (yajña) - sacrifice; दान (dāna) - charity; तपः (tapaḥ) - austerity; क्रियाः (kriyāḥ) - activities; प्रवर्तन्ते (pravartante) - commence; विधान (vidhāna) - as prescribed; उक्ताः (uktāḥ) - mentioned; सततम् (satatam) - always; ब्रह्मवादिनाम् (brahmavādinām) - of the followers of the Absolute Truth;]
Therefore, the followers of the Absolute Truth always commence the activities of sacrifice, charity, and austerity, as prescribed, by uttering 'Om'.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
