Chapter Nine - Atimata (नवमोध्यायः - अतिमत)
atimata tamōgirisamitivibhēdana pitāmahabhūtida guṇagaṇanaliya। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥1॥
O most exalted one, destroyer of the massed mountains of darkness, giver of prosperity to Brahmā, abode of hosts of virtues, theme of the most auspicious tales, supreme and ever manifest, sole cause of the world, Rāma, consort of Ramā… (1)
vidhibhavamukhasurasatatasuvandita ramāmanōhara bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥2॥
O Rāma, consort of Ramā, continually revered by the gods headed by Brahmā and Śiva, charmer of Ramā’s heart, abode of the most auspicious tales, supreme and ever manifest, sole cause of the world—be my refuge. (2)
agaṇitaguṇagaṇamayaśarīra hē vigataguṇētara bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥3॥
O you whose body consists of countless hosts of virtues and who are free from every fault, be my refuge—supreme one, subject of the most auspicious stories, ever manifest, sole cause of the universe, Rāma, beloved of Ramā. (3)
aparimitasukhanidhivimalasudēha hē vigatasukhētara bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥4॥
O treasury of immeasurable bliss, whose beautiful body is spotless, O one free from all that is other than bliss, be my refuge. O abode of the most auspicious tales, supreme and ever manifest, sole cause of the world, Rāma, consort of Ramā! (4)
pracalitalayajalaviharaṇaśāśvata sukhamaya mīna hē bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥5॥
O eternal, blissful Fish who roams in the surging waters of dissolution, be my refuge. O repository of the most auspicious stories, supreme and ever manifest, sole cause of the world, Rama, beloved of Ramā! (5)
suraditijasubalavaliulitamandaradhara parakūrma hē bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥6॥
O supreme Tortoise, bearer of Mount Mandara as it was churned by the mighty gods and demons, be my refuge. O abode of the most auspicious tales, supreme and eternally manifest, sole cause of the world, Rama, beloved of Ramā! (6)
sagirivaradharātalavaha susūkara parama vibōdha hē bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥7॥
O bearer of the earth with its great mountains, noble Boar and supreme consciousness, be my refuge—O repository of the most auspicious tales, supreme and ever manifest, sole cause of the universe, Rāma, beloved of Ramā. (7)
atibaladitisutahr̥dayavibhēdana jaya nr̥harēmala bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥8॥
Hail, O stainless Narahari, splitter of the heart of Diti’s immensely powerful son! Be my refuge, O supreme, ever-manifest Rama, subject of the most auspicious stories, sole cause of the universe and delight of Ramā. (8)
balimukhaditisutavijayavināśana jagadavanājita bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥9॥
O destroyer of the victory of Diti’s sons led by Bali, protector of the world and unconquered one, be my refuge—O abode of the most auspicious tales, supreme and ever manifest, sole cause of the universe, Rāma, consort of Ramā. (9)
avijitakunr̥patisamitivikhaṇḍana ramāvara vīrapa bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥10॥
O unconquered destroyer of the hosts of wicked kings, husband of Ramā and protector of heroes, be my refuge. O abode of the most auspicious stories, supreme and ever manifest, sole cause of the universe, Rāma, beloved of Ramā! (10)
kharataraniśicaradahana parāmr̥ta raghuvara mānada bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥11॥
O destroyer of the fiercest night-roaming demons, supreme nectar, best of Raghu’s line and giver of honor, be my refuge. O repository of the most auspicious tales, supreme and ever manifest, sole cause of the world, Rāma, beloved of Ramā! (11)
sulalitatanuvara varada mahābala yaduvara pārthapa bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥12॥
O excellent one with a most graceful body, bestower of boons, mighty one, best of the Yadus and protector of Pārtha, be my refuge. O abode of the most auspicious tales, supreme and ever manifest, sole cause of the world, Rāma, beloved of Ramā! (12)
ditisutamōhana vimalavibōdhana paraguṇabuddha hē bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥13॥
O deluder of Diti’s sons, stainless awakener, Buddha of supreme qualities, be my refuge. O supreme theme of the most auspicious tales, ever manifest, sole cause of the world, Rāma, lover of Ramā! (13)
kalimalahutavaha subhaga mahōtsava śaraṇada kalkīśa hē bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥14॥
O fire consuming the impurity of Kali, delightful great festival, giver of refuge, Lord Kalki, be my refuge. O abode of the most auspicious stories, supreme and ever manifest, sole cause of the world, Rāma, consort of Ramā! (14)
akhalijanivaliya parasukhakāraṇa parapuruṣōttama bhava mama śaraṇam। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥15॥
O you whose sphere is all creation, cause of others’ happiness and supreme Puruṣottama, be my refuge. O abode of the most auspicious stories, Supreme One, ever manifest, sole cause of the world, Rama, beloved of Ramā! (15)
iti tava nutivarasatataratērbhava suśaraṇamurusukhatīrthamunērbhagavan। śubhatamakathāśaya parama sadōdita jagadēkakāraṇa rāma ramāramaṇa ॥16॥
Thus, O Lord—abode of the most auspicious tales, Supreme One, ever manifest, sole cause of the world, Rāma, beloved of Ramā—be a secure refuge for Urusukhatīrtha Muni, who is constantly devoted to excellent praise of you. (16)
iti śrīmadānandatīrthabhagavatpādācāryaviracitē dvādaśastōtrē navamōdhyāyaḥ।
Thus, the ninth chapter in the Dvādaśastotra composed by Śrīmad Ānandatīrtha Bhagavatpādācārya.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
