Chapter Six - Matsyakarūpa (षष्ठोध्यायः - मत्स्यकरूप)
मत्स्यकरूप लयोदविहारिन् वेदविनेत्र चतुर्मुखवन्द्य। कूर्मस्वरूपक मन्दरधारिन् लोकविधारक देववरेण्य ॥१॥
O fish-formed one, sporting in the waters of dissolution, rescuer of the Vedas, worshipped by the Four-faced One; O tortoise-formed one, bearer of Mount Mandara, sustainer of the worlds, choicest among the gods! (1)

सूकररूपक दानवशत्रो भूमिविधारक यज्ञवराङ्ग। देव नृसिंह हिरण्यकशत्रो सर्वभयान्तक दैवतबन्धो ॥२॥
O boar-formed one, enemy of the Dānavas, supporter of the earth, whose noble body is sacrifice! O God Nṛsiṃha, enemy of Hiraṇyaka, destroyer of every fear, friend of the gods! (2)

वामन वामन माणववेष दैत्यवरान्तक कारणरूप। राम भृगूद्वह सूर्जितदीप्ते क्षत्रकुलान्तक शम्भुवरेण्य ॥३॥
O Vāmana, O Vāmana, disguised as a young man, destroyer of the foremost Daitya, embodiment of the cause! O Rāma, scion of Bhr̥gu, whose radiance is exceedingly powerful, destroyer of warrior clans, esteemed by Śambhu! (3)

राघव राघव राक्षसशत्रो मारुतिवल्लभ जानकिकान्त। देवकिनन्दन सुन्दररूप रुक्मिणिवल्लभ पाण्डवबन्धो ॥४॥
O Rāghava, Rāghava, enemy of the rākṣasas, beloved of Māruti and Jānakī; son of Devakī, beautiful in form, beloved of Rukmiṇī, and kinsman of the Pāṇḍavas! (4)

देवकिनन्दन नन्दकुमार वृन्दावनाञ्चन गोकुलचन्द्र। कन्दफलाशन सुन्दररूप नन्दितगोकुलवन्दितपाद ॥५॥
O son of Devakī, young son of Nanda, roamer in Vṛndāvana, moon of Gokula, eater of roots and fruits, beautiful in form, gladdener of Gokula, whose feet are revered… (5)

इन्द्रसुतावक नन्दकहस्त चन्दनचर्चित सुन्दरिनाथ। इन्दीवरोदरदलनयन मन्दरधारिन् गोविन्द वन्दे ॥६॥
Protector of Indra’s son, with Nandaka in your hand, anointed with sandalwood, lord of the beautiful one, your eyes like the inner petals of a blue lotus, bearer of Mandara—Govinda, I bow to you. (6)

चन्द्रशतानन कुन्दसुहास नन्दितदैवतानन्दसुपूर्ण। दैत्यविमोहक नित्यसुखादे देवसुबोधक बुद्धस्वरूप ॥७॥
O you whose face is like a hundred moons and whose lovely smile is like jasmine, delighter of the gods, completely full of bliss, deluder of the Daityas, source of eternal happiness, enlightener of the gods, whose form is Buddha… (7)

दुष्टकुलान्तक कल्किस्वरूप धर्मविवर्धन मूलयुगादे। नारायणामलकारणमूर्ते पूर्णगुणार्णव नित्यसुबोध ॥८॥
O destroyer of wicked clans, embodiment of Kalki, increaser of dharma, origin of the primal age; O Nārāyaṇa, spotless embodiment of the cause, ocean of perfect qualities, eternally wise one! (8)

आनन्दतीर्थमुनीन्द्रकृता हरिगाथा। पापहरा शुभा नित्यसुखार्था ॥९॥
The auspicious, sin-removing tale of Hari, composed by the eminent sage Ānandatīrtha and aimed at eternal bliss. (9)

इति श्रीमदानन्दतीर्थभगवत्पादाचार्यविरचिते द्वादशस्तोत्रे षष्ठोध्यायः।
Thus ends the sixth chapter of the Dvādaśastotra, composed by the venerable Ānandatīrtha Bhagavatpādācārya.
