Brahmasūtra Aṇu-Bhāṣya

सर्वगोऽत्ता नियन्ता च दृश्यत्वाद्युज्झितः सदा। विश्वजीवान्तरत्वाद्यैर्लिङ्गैः सर्वैर्युतः स हि ॥४॥

sarvagō'ttā niyantā ca dr̥śyatvādyujjhitaḥ sadā। viśvajīvāntaratvādyairliṅgaiḥ sarvairyutaḥ sa hi ॥4॥

He is within everyone, controls everybody, and sees everything as a witness. He is only there in all the beings of the universe, irrespective of their gender.

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
