Brahmasūtra Aṇu-Bhāṣya
B.Ab 1.01
नारायणं गुणैः सर्वैरुदीर्णं दोषवर्जितम्। ज्ञेयं गम्यं गुरूंश्चापि नत्वा सूत्रार्थ उच्यते ॥१-१॥
nārāyaṇaṃ guṇaiḥ sarvairudīrṇaṃ doṣavarjitam। jñeyaṃ gamyaṃ gurūṃścāpi natvā sūtrārtha ucyate ॥1-1॥
[नारायणम् (nārāyaṇam) - Nārāyaṇa; (the Supreme Being); गुणैः (guṇaiḥ) - by qualities; (attributes); सर्वैः (sarvaiḥ) - by all; (entirely); उदीर्णम् (udīrṇam) - exalted; (risen above); दोषवर्जितम् (doṣavarjitam) - free from faults; (defects); ज्ञेयम् (jñeyam) - to be known; (to be realized); गम्यम् (gamyam) - to be attained; (to be reached); गुरून् (gurūn) - teachers; (preceptors); च (ca) - and; अपि (api) - also; नत्वा (natvā) - having bowed; (having saluted); सूत्रार्थः (sūtrārthaḥ) - the meaning of the aphorism; (the import of the sūtra); उच्यते (ucyate) - is stated; (is said);]
Having bowed to Lord Nārāyaṇa, who is exalted by all qualities, who is free from faults, who is to be known and who is to be attained, and also bowing to the teachers, the meaning of the aphorism is now stated. (1-1)

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
