Tattva Saṅkhyānam

सृष्टिः स्थितिः संहृतिश्च नियमोज्ञानबोधने। बन्धो मोक्षः सुखं दुःखमावृत्तिर्ज्योतिरेव च ॥१०॥

विष्णुनास्य समस्तस्य समासव्यासयोगतः ॥११॥

Governance of Creation, maintenance, destruction, acquisition of knowledge, attachment, liberation, happiness, misery, darkness, light - all these are awarded by Lord Vishnu to this universe based on the eligibility of individuals.

॥ इति श्रीमदानन्दतीर्थभगवत्पादाचार्यविरचितं तत्त्वसङ्ख्यानम् ॥

बहुचित्रजगद्बहुधाकरणात् परशक्तिरनन्तगुणः परमः ।
सुखरूपममुष्य पदं परमं स्मरतस्तु भविष्यति तत्सततम् ॥
"The one who has created this variegated vast universe with varied forms has infinite power and is of infinite auspicious qualities. He certainly bestows the highest state of bliss to those who meditate on his ever happy essence." -Dwādasha stōtra 4.3
